I'm Sachin Potdar (vendor).
I have completed my project, but my payment is not releasing. I have done interior work. The project was completed approximately 2 months ago, but the SCM manager blocked my number. I tried to call him from another number, but he blocked that number too, so I have no other way to contact him. I am literally crying and begging for my payment.

    Purchased a relax plan of Rs 3538 . On the commitment we travelled 80 km. The RM was not at all supportive. Tried calling RM but his call was busy. On complaining they say plan is active but the RM did not responded for 2-3 hrs. When asked for refund they said they will refund but not yet refunded the amount

      On the commitment basis from no broker we chosed the relax plan and paid the amount of 3538.82 rs. to nobrokers. We travelled next day 80 kms to serch the flat on rent but the RM did not support us. Only one flat in 2 hrs he showed. Later calling RM for, but the call was busy since 1- 1 and 1/2 hrs. We called nobrokers and asked to refund money. But they have still not refunded the money but saying they will refund.

      After complaining you people have started contacting me.
      Till the time your phone was totally busy and ms. Gunjan at bangalore have given a commitment to travel next day and RM will help. Next day RM was unaware. Which shows communication error at your end..for tgat why should customer suffer. Same only i have aak for refun. I want it. I have not visitied the single contact you gave. We have suffered by teavelling 80 km on your commitment and you people not helping us. Giving a call as non refundable plan does not mean taking the money in advance and once the money received at your end you put the customer to suffer. Kindly refund my money.

        I wanted to cancel my 7K 'relationship manager' plan the very first day i got it because the relationship manager I got was utterly useless. They kept stalling me for 1 hour when I asked them a simple question to help me with the house search.
        I then asked for a relationship manager change but by then a whole day's worth of house hunting was already over and I used 4 contacts out of the 50 provided. Everything I did. Relationship manager did nothing.

        I tried to cancel and get a refund or at least a partial refund since this plan didn't do anything for me, I could've gotten the owner's contacts the same way in their basic plan which was 10 times cheaper. I only went for this plan thinking we will get additional help. Now the NoBroker team has the audacity to tell me that this plan got me my finalized house so no refund can be given.
        Excuse me? Very bold to assume and take all the credit for me finding a house when I had to do all the work, which I initially paid your people to do! No concern towards how I was treated by the relationship manager, and getting charged in full is a slap to my face when they did nothing. I requested they give at least a partial refund because this was a completely unfair deal. Still nothing.

        Their plans are a trap, I suggest no one goes for it.

          I purchased freedom plan from This app and didn't get any contact details of owner .when I complained about that they said my account activated and to wait for 12 hrs . Thismprning it's still not activated and complained again and again like 5 or 6 timesthey are repeating to for 12 hrs again and saying they for to concerned department, will get a call, but I'm not getting any calls now they are not allowing me even put forward a message in their chat .
          I read they keep on doing this kind of like after paying not activating account .
          I'm in an emergency to look for another house to shift they are doing this kind of thing I'm not even getting a proper response

          Had a similar issue. I got a relationship manager but they kept saying "Will get back to you asap" for 1 hour straight and never got back. All this during my weekends which is my only available time to search for houses so it was a huge waste of time. This plan is a scam in and of itself.

              We have gone to nobroker app and there we want through a major fraud.
              Fake number listed - they are taking money for the visit only
              For example they have listed one property just beneath that they are providing there number for the contact and they are calling on whatsapp number and taking money for the visiting card.
              i can provide all the details[protected] this is the number
              Lalit was the name of that person who has done a fraud of INR 2000 from us today.
              When we have provided the money to the person his phone is coming swtiched off.

                Hello,

                I have used No Broker Movers and Packers service for local shifting and i have opted insurance, carpenter service n others.

                so during shifting service provider damaged my wodden furniture and when i complaint to NoBroker customer care they told me to fix it with local carpenters and we will reimburse the amount.

                I did as they told me to do, and i sent the bills for reimbursement what local carpenter charged, they only doing partial amount, not the actual amount ( but when initially they told me we will full reimbursement ) and later not responding to my email, call and queries.

                Like its very un ethical practice that NoBroker team is doing and hopeless customer service

                Hello,

                I think you didn't read it properly, let me explain it again.

                As per agreed discussion with customer executive person, it says that please fix it from your end and we will get required bill reimbursed from vendor, and we all agreed.
                Also please note, I gave the option that send your carpenter and get it fixed ( i don't want any money, just fix my issue), but you guys insisted go for reimbursement process.

                Now I did everything submitted document and after that that you say only 1500 INR will get ( 1000 INR), I don't see attachment option else I will attached email conversation.

                for everyone who see this post, how unethical it is, now you guys say 1000 INR.( Which is initially over the email it says 1500 INR of partial reimbursement). Like you guys changing your statement on every conversation.

                Anything to say here @Nobroker?

                  Booked a house relocation service from no broker and provided them with the entire list of items which needs to be shifted. It was a heavy 1BHK service. They only sent two worker for shifting and these people were unprofessional, shouting on us all the time saying that they were not informed about so many items plus they brought small vehicle for shifting. When I connected with the movement manager, he informed me that I need to adjust as they are illiterate and that the vehicle is small because it is a local shifting. Just because of less worker, the shifting service which should have hardly taken 2 hours went on for more than six hours. They did 3 trips and in the 3rd trip though there was enough space in the vehicle, they did not carry the glass top dining table. They then informed me that they are done with their work and will not come again. I was not getting the movement manager on call at this crucial moment and whenever I called nobroker, the receiver on the phone said that they will arrange a call back which never happened. After 3 to 4 calls, I got the movement manager and requested him to arrange for pickup of the glass top dining table. He informed that they will be charging additional 1, 000/- for this service which I agreed as I had no other options at that minute. The workers then booked a vehicle from porter and completed the shifting service. The items delivered were damaged. The unprofessional service and the amount of stress which I experienced in this entire process is not acceptable. Had I ever booked on a local tempo service also, it would have been much better. No broker never called me back to take a feedback.

                    Unprofessional service from NoBrokers interiors

                    Hi,
                    I have ordered for no brokers interiors services on end of Nov 2022. and paid 5% of the money.
                    Now that its been more than 3 months and I see design in-charge keep delaying my work saying it is stuck at some or other process.
                    I paid more than 50% amount of final quote more than a month ago but still production as they promised did not even started.
                    Please at least refund back remaining money keeping 5% as...

                    I had requested for a rental agreement from NoBroker. I have received the soft copy of the agreement. However, with regards to the hard copy, twice the delivery person had tried to deliver the document, but couldn't deliver because the phone number provided by nobroker to their logistics team was incorrect.

                    There was an OTP which was required for delivery collection which was not received at my end because the phone number provided by NoBroker to the Courier company was incorrect

                    Despite multiple followups, the issue still hasn't been rectified and the hard copy of the document was never delivered

                      I purchased feedom plan on Feb 13 but not able to get any owner details.
                      It mentions that account is under activation process.

                      The tat is given of 12 hours which already passed long back. I searched for similar complaints and found that it is regular habit of nobroker to take money and then deactivate the account.

                      The agents are equally responsible as they are just parrot like saying always 12 hours.

                        Freedom plan to view flats not activated nor amount refunded

                        On 23 Jan I purchased a "freedom plan" to view flat owner details. Since then I haven't received any flat owner details by sms or email from nobroker at all. The money is not refunded, and my account info is not updated. Please refund my money and don't cheat customers....

                        Full refund of Super Money back plan

                        This complaint is against mis sell of 'Super Money back plan' for sale of my property in Mira Road.
                        We listed this under the nobroker site and received multiple calls to purchase their plane listed above stating it is guaranteed to sell the property within 90 days or we will get full refund back if they cannot sell or if we sell it via our own channel at or above rate listed with them. We received a mail stating this is premium package...

                        This complaint is regarding the unauthorized transactions that took place using my credit card on 21st of November 2022 through NOBROKER TECHNOLOGIES.

                        The transaction mails/messages were as follows:-
                        ---****** is the OTP for your transaction of INR 50, 387.68 at NOBROKER TECHNOLOGIES on your SBI Bank Credit Card ****. Valid for one time use. Do not share it with anyone.
                        --- Hi, you have spent INR 50, 387.68 at NOBROKER TECHNOLOGIES on[protected]; using your SBI Bank Credit Card (XXXXXX).

                        Please note that I have neither participated nor authorized the transaction that is mentioned above, The transaction took place completely without my knowledge and the card was in my possession at all times. I notified the bank immediately when I noticed the transaction mail/message and filed FIR at the nearby police station about the e-fraud.

                          I paid 3609 on 19th January, 2023 and it's 7th February, 2023 today but still haven't received the agreement. The RM is not helpful at all. We're not able to shift also.

                            I had taken the Owner Money back plan worth Rs.7669 on 11-Oct-22 and I was informed that the house would be rented out through no brokers within 60 days. If not, I would get a full refund.

                            1. The house was not rented out through NoBroker within 60 days (11-Dec-22)
                            2. I found my current tenant from another source and the house was occupied from 07-Jan-23 only
                            3. During 60 days, If I got any tenant from NoBroker, I might not request for full refund. Even, few tenants visited through NoBroker, initially agreed to occupy, but later due to personal constraint, they dropped off. Even few marriages are getting dropped during last minute after proper engagement, wedding invitation printing, marriage hall booking etc., but, you would have seen marriages called off during the last minute. For them it's not possible and required to apply for Divorce (since, the marriage called off before Registered Marriage).
                            4. Similarly, If I got a tenant, I would have produced Rental Agreement. Even, I informed my CRM that the talk dropped off, he insisted me to produce Rental Agreement. Without a tenant, how could I produce a rental agreement. I could produce RA only after getting the tenant. Hope you understand the logic behind it.

                            Even, I asked NoBroker team to go and verify that the home, which was still Vacant for more than 75 days. But, they did not respond.

                            I repeat, I cannot submit Rental Agreement without a tenant. I could produce the agreement only after getting the tenant.

                            Even few marriages are getting dropped during last minute after proper engagement, wedding invitation printing, marriage hall booking etc., but, you would have seen marriages called off during the last minute. For them it's not possible and required to apply for Divorce (since, the marriage called off before Registered Marriage). Similarly, If I got a tenant, I would have produced Rental Agreement. Even, I informed my CRM that the talk dropped off.

                            Even, I asked NoBroker team to go and verify that the home, which was still Vacant for more than 75 days. But, they did not respond. Moreover, I asked them to provide bathroom cleaning service on 05-Jan-23, since my tenant planned to shift the home on 07-Jan-23. No response.

                            Yes, I agree that you gave your effort in finding a tenant. Unfortunately, NoBroker was not able to find a tenant within 60 days. The house was vacant for more than 75 days. Even I asked NoBroker team to go and validate, no body responded and tried to reject my refund request. Without any logic, NoBroker keep on asking for Rental Agreement. How can I produce RA without tenant. If I got a tenant, I would have produced Rental Agreement. Thanks for your understanding. I got a call from customer care before 3 days and they promised to resolve within 24 hours. As usual, I didnot get any reply afterwards,

                            Kindly escalate this and get my amount refunded asap.

                              I am Praveen, I had shifted the house and I had taken nobroker packers and movers service with HSPM-6156942 .

                              There are so many dents and scratches on fridge, microwave, and the 3-seater wooden sofa is shaky. While unloading I clearly told then to use staircase but they preferred passing the items from top of their vehicle based on their convenience.

                              I was told electronic items will be bubble wrapped but they just wrapped it in a comforter cloth and packed it.

                              Also, they asked for extra money and took 300rs as conveyance charge. Attached are some of the images of damages caused to my items.

                              I raised concern with movement manager and nobroker customer service but there is no response and they are not responding to mail. I am at loss due to miss handling of electronic items and ended up paying for repair cost.
                              Service was outsourced by nobroker to a 3rd party and now they are not owning up or taking responsibility.

                                  They keep insisting on receiving the payment immediately so I made the payment On 12 Jan 2023. They sent me a draft and I had to follow up with multiple representatives from different departments then I got the corrections made. On 3 Feb 2023, they are sending me a final draft which looks the same as the first draft. I am appalled by this incompetence.

                                  - I paid for paid assistance for the house search - The rep did not give me one good house, I searched the house myself in the app
                                  - NoBroker's movers and packers incorrectly estimated my house items so I had to privately book another vehicle
                                  - The rental has been a mess since then

                                  Are the staff ill-trained? overworked? merely careless? I have no idea why it is a harrowing experience to work with NoBroker
