I had done a booking for my aged parents for a premium service. I was told at the time of booking not to worry their people will take care of everything. After the booking was done I didn’t receive any call or msgs until an evening before the shifting just to give some information( but important info wasn’t given about the vehicle and nobody came to check the things that needs to be packed ) So on the day of shifting the people came at 8:30 whereas the timing was 9am, they got a small tempo to do this shifting … shifting of a 1 bhk..we were almost stranded and No brokers contact number doesn’t work.. it goes into recording and they only communicate through chat.. we all were so frustrated esp my aged parents and to top it the supervisor of No Broker asked us to cancel on the day of shifting… he was very rude .. I went through a hell on that day!! Would never ever want anybody go through this situation.. these guys are irresponsible, unapologetic and untrustworthy! I was told that I would get the advance refunded but that never happened!! So please don’t trust No broker if you don’t want to experience the same!!

Also after all this, these guys called for a feedback and I explained everything to them and they assured that they would process the refund since it wasn’t processed by the previous manager, just an email was sent by her.. still after this call nothing happened! They even assured that strict action would be taken against these guys .. again a Big Lie.. these guys are Bogus and Big Bluffmasters who know how to toy with the emotions of their customers.

    To Whom It May Concern,

    I am writing this complaint regarding the unprofessional and unethical behavior of Nobroker. I used the services of the company on 9 Mar, 23, and made a payment of ₹4000 the same day. I returned the cartons within a week, as per the agreement, and requested the return of my security deposit. However, even after two months, I have not received my security deposit.

    Despite repeated attempts to reach out to the company's customer service representatives, I have not received any satisfactory response. On 13 Apr, 23, I was promised that a refund had been initiated, but there has been no update on the same. It is extremely frustrating to be kept in the dark about the status of my refund and to be denied my rightful money.

    I feel cheated and mistreated by the company's unprofessional conduct, and I have no other option but to approach the consumer complaints forum for justice.

    I demand that the company return my security deposit immediately and pay me compensation for the mental and financial harassment caused by their negligence and unprofessional behavior.

    I have attached all the necessary documents, including my booking ID (HSPM[protected] and payment receipts, to support my claim. I request you take strict action against the company and ensure that my refund is processed.

These guys call you to take the feedback and assure you of everything but nothing happens… they are bogus.. Big Bluffmasters!! I even received a mail confirming that the advance would be reimbursed but that was just fake nothing has been processed.. so don’t trust these guys!!

        Hi All,

        Let's begin my story(a very pathetic experience). Booking Id: HSPM-3857544

        Highlights: Wrong vehicle suggestion by NoBroker, Vehicle Breakdown, Bag forgot inside breakdown vehicle, Broken Furniture.

        1. Vehicle Breakdown at the deserted location after choosing the shortcut. It was stalled over there till 6.30 pm from 1.00 pm. After knowing this I felt so stressed and also worried about the security of my goods. The worst part happened at 6.30, they changed the vehicle and even more stress about my electronics stack order(Monitor and screen kind should be on top. I was taken care of order while loading at my home). They booked a porter and the vehicle top was not covered. He informed me that the vehicle top was not there and he bought a new plastic sheet to cover it. My stress levels are increasing by knowing this and started worrying about the items in the vehicle.
        2. At 9.30 PM They forgot the bag which is in the driver's cabin while transferring the goods from the broken vehicle to the porter's vehicle. I asked him about this and he pointed out that, it was my mistake as it was given at the last minute while the vehicle was started. Huh... really? I asked them to get that bag as soon as possible as I need some puja stuff in it which I required by morning for house warming. The supervisor said that he will get it by morning to the bus-accessible place and I need to go to that place and get it. I said okay for that on humanitarian ground as these people have been working since morning. You can see the trail mail of this that I reported the incident to NoBroker.
        3. Next day At 8.30 AM I received a call from the manager and I have told to go to the vehicle breakdown place and get the bag myself which was around 20 km to fro distance. As I'm in need of that bag(Adding please sorry to each sentence will not be acceptable at all places), without saying anything I went myself and collected the bag.
        4. Computer Table missing, later in the evening, I found that they left the computer table at the source by confirming with the owner. I called the manager to get that computer table as they missed it. That one was listed in the inventory. This time also he pointed at me that I need to check the complete home while leaving the house. Yes, I did that, I informed a person(Chotu, they called him with this name) to put it in the vehicle. Later, he suggested that I should book a porter and he will pay INR 300 but the actual cost is around INR 700. That is also not happened with them and the booking is also not closed yet. 5. Cot Broken. This is in the other inventory I mentioned. The head storage part was broken and I too. Opened the NoBroker application to file a claim and the website is not accessible, I attached the screenshot for reference and called customer care about this and The first guy listened to me, and after that nothing was happening on that. Each time I can't call to care and tell the story.

        *Mentioned times are not exactly may be around to that time.

        JUST FYI, I paid some extra amount for the premium for bubble wrap of all items, and that manager asked me few papers and did that premium wrap. Seriously? He used bubble wrap for 5 % of the items. Please find that all images are self-explanatory.

        I HAVE TAKEN THE INSURANCE, BUT NOBROKER FAILED TO TAKE IT TO THE INSURER HENCE I AM UNABLE TO CLAIM THE INSURANCE.

        WHY SHOULD I NEED TO SUFFER FOR EVERYONE'S MISTAKES? PLEASE DO REPLACE MY COT AND REFUND MY PAYMENT TO NOBROKER AND ITS PARTNER.

        Where is your resolution..?
        Hi Vamsi, we always take utmost care of your goods and deliver them on time. However, we regret that the vehicle broke down, your goods delivery got delayed, your cot was damaged, and less bubble wrap was used. Also, we regret that you had to collect the bag the next day morning by yourself that was left behind and you had to pay extra to get your computer table delivered. Please be assured that we will look into your issue and provide you with a satisfactory resolution.

          Still i dint get any solution for my refrigirator and washing mechine damages

          then the come and wist and started to pack after paking the told me some product are extra so you need to pay for it per box 1000 rupees
          finaly i agreed that rate of 4000 only for 13 etra box

          thats y the make seviour damage to my products and they didnt gives any proper responce

          still am waiting for any responce form them if there are not ready to pay my damage cost means please inform me

          i will repair and use it

          but they didnt respond

          what shoud i do
          i cant wait for long becuse these are daily using item so i need to use that

          so please consider the mail and give me a solution..

          i too having issurance also still i dont know why you force my to take insurance

          please help me to claim or give me a repley dont waste the time we are like this and never pay for damages

            I got mails from ICICI Bank Card alert too.
            Please note that I have neither participated nor authorized the transaction that is mentioned above, The transaction took place completely without my knowledge and the card was in my possession at all times. I notified the bank immediately when I noticed the transaction mail/message and filed Cyber Crime Complaint on line about the e-fraud.

              As per false assurances from Mr. Abhijit from sales team, we booked home inspection service on 22nd April 2023 as he confirmed booking slot available on 23rd April at 12 pm. On 23rd April noone called for home inspection
              Nobroker trap customers by giving wrong information, they take money & then stopped picking up calls . Is this way they cheat customers.Thank god we have not booked any advance services from nobroker.

              I need my refund immediately from nobroker else i have to take legal action against nobroker.Hope you will provide me my refund asap.

              please dont take any services from nobroker, they are trapping & cheating customers

                Hello,

                I boked home inspection from nobroker through Mr. Abhijit on 22nd april 2023. I was given assurance that inspection will be done on 23rd April . Noone even bothered to call after taking money for the same.
                I am still waiting for response from nobroker.
                From morning i am calling & no response from nobroker team
                I dont need no broker service . Pls. provide me refund immediately.
                Nobroker is cheating customers, fooling them by giving false assurances.

                Once they take money, they disappear.

                      Booked an inspection for 19th Apr 2023, paid Rs 300. Service guy told gas has to be filled. He filled the gas took Rs 2500 upfront. Now today, that is 21st April 2023, I can hear hissing sound from ac and no cooling at all. I have reached 3 different customer care personnels all saying concern team will call back in 2 hours. But nobody is calling back. Please suggest how can I get my ac fixed or a refund.

                        I have taken Home Renovation services from No Broker on dec 2022 and this was my big mistake in my life i have paid money as well asper No Broker team one Project Manager will assigned for you project and every day they will visit your site but from starting to till date, in starting in a week one day they have visited in site. But from last month feb to till now no one visited to site and work also stopped. at least work is going on, but work is stopped when i have check with Project Manage and Area manager after 24 hr will receive msg saying that will check and update you when i have check with Project Manage, they are not receiving my call when i have try many times then he received my call and telling i am not free. i am very fed up with services which i have received form no broker i have paid amount in lac and i am getting this service if they are not doing anything please return my money

                              I took Seller Postpaid Super Relax Service from NOBROKER for 58411.18 INR for selling my flat in Hyderabad.

                              However, they deducted 60000 INR and are not refunding the balance amount. No one is taking the responsibility.

                                I booked a slot for movement but due to some reason I have cancel it.

                                I got a notification that my money will be refunded by 17/04/2023.

                                Now today is 20/04/2023 still they haven't returned my money.

                                Their costumer service is not responding nor call neither on chat.

                                  Please note that I have neither participated nor authorized the transaction that is mentioned above, The transaction took place completely without my knowledge and the card was in my possession at all times. I notified the bank immediately when I noticed the transaction mail/message and filed FIR at the nearby police station about the e-fraud.

                                    Had booked a service on 4th April. They did not send any worker for the service. Upon following up, the company employee shared that they don't have enough cleaning professionals. Nobroker had already collected the money upfront for the service - the company has a namesake customer support number that is never answered - there is a voice over that says someone will call back - nobody calls back. chat option within the app is unresponsive. emails are unanswered. social media complaints are useless too. Basically, company has taken my money, not provided any service and not caring to refund the (prepaid) upfront money taken (it has been 15 days now).
                                    Earlier there was a dummy notification that the amount will be refunded back to source account within 5-7 days. nothing happened for 7 days. when approached again, they asked for a cancelled cheque to process refund - which was given - again no action.                                     Think that you donated to rich beggars and leave no use in speaking to nobroker. Suggest to don't opt any service from nobroker it's purely trap

                                      No broker's home services is one of the most useless in the market. Had booked a service on 4th April. They did not send any worker for the service. upon following up, the company employee shared that they don't have enough cleaning professionals. Nobroker had already collected the money upfront for the service - the company has a namesake customer support number that is never answered - there is a voice over that says someone will call back - nobody calls back. chat option within the app is unresponsive. emails are unanswered. company's social media arm does not care as well. Basically, company has taken my money, not provided any service and not caring to refund the money taken. company employees seemed to indicate that this is a regular occurrence. This could be a nuanced fraud brewing at Nobroker.

                                        I booked for first time in nobroker.com for a split ac service on 17th April 2023. I had a very bad experience. Service was provided by unprofessional persons..I gave many complaints but didn't get any response from nobroker.com. my booking ID was HS 6760220. Kindly do the needful..
