[Resolved]  Nobroker — Cleaning Service Not Done Properly

This is Surya, I took house cleaning service from No broker worth 3950 with
re-service guaranteed within 24 hours if service is not good.
They have not done good service in the first-time itself and upon asking they were saying they can do that much only and for the second service they are not ready to do it and saying an n-number of reasons.

@NOBroker, They didnt even take the trash which they have cleaned and kept in the flat only.

Team i have scheduled a sofa cleaning service on sat 15th Oct 2022, but they reschedule on Monday also no one came on Monday, again they cancelled and reschedule on Tuesday 18th Oct at 1.30pm, still no one has come and there is no intimation about the same, whether they are going to come or not. I contacted customer care number almost 5 times only once they have answered and he said I will check and he put my call on hold and did not answered again. This is high time now.

Please refund my money back, I don't want any service now.

Hi I m prathima from Hyderabad…I got a worst experience in broker cleaning service..before payment i mentioned everything my house is newly constructed and also some paint marks are there.they accepted everything & said will send 6 persons at morning 7 & also if not completed work next day will finish.but unfortunately scenario is partner came at 10:30 with 4 people & said paint marks will not go & company didn’t mention he said & also want to pay extra amount …actually I hired with ( in kitchen cleaning, partner should replace the utensils before & after cleaning & fridge cleaning)unfortunately not happened.they didn’t even clean the false ceiling…windows not cleaned properly.before fan also not cleaned when I asked, ha we forgot..for that I gave wet wipes to clean..I don’t know is this professionalism..finally pent house not cleaned..& they went off..next day I informed no broker services, said to sent pics which didn’t clean.I sent & they promised will resend the partneror refund amount.that time we were out of station & will send after 2 days…after 4 days things went wrong..we r not going send the partner..it is not invalid, sorry & regret for not sending partner..I don’t know I mentioned everything before hiring they agreed but know they are saying invalid, unfortunate & regretting..I was really suck why do u give fake promises & why do u cheat us..never ever hire such type of home cleaning services..sorry to say u but it is 100% fact.please don’t play with us
