I had purchased from Nobroker.com a paid service to rent my property located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India with an extended maintenance contract through which I used them to do some repair and installation in my apartment that I wanted to rent. As part of this service, I had provided their Field Relationship Manager (FRM) with keys to my apartment so that he can show to prospective clients and to their maintenance team for any work. I had used their services for cleaning, painting and installing household items through their property maintenance service (PMS) team.
On June 25th, 2022, Nobroker PMS (maintenance) person had done installation of new geyser in one of the bathrooms which was last work done in my apartment, and person to enter my apartment, there was other bathroom geyser (that was working) was left on with water to geyser running. It was after immediately on Aug 1st, I received a call from my society person that there was leak in my apartment as there was water on my downstairs neighbors ceiling wall, who brought in notice of society. Hence, I requested to Nobroker FRM who had keys to my apartment, went with building society staff and found that there was leak happening from old geyser that has resulted in my apartment flooding and leaking through walls of downstairs neighbor. Since, the geyser leak may be happened for some unknown length of time which led my apartment flooded with newly painted walls damaged as water had built up to level above my baseboard tile. The running water to the leaking geyser was closed and leak stopped immediately, and water drained which stopped leaked into downstair apartment.
After the leak was stopped, I requested to Nobroker to fix the water damages to my apartment as the leak was due to their maintenance persons leaving the water to the other geyser running with power on. This was huge negligence on their repair person part as well as the FRM who as per his job needs to regularly check that all utilities are closed when leaving the apartment. I requested this to FRM Mr. Sushant Ture, and he wanted to raise this to their PMS team as he accepted that it was maintenance teams' fault to leave the geyser running which led to leak. I followed up with him, and he mentioned that a PMS team would contact but there was none, so I went ahead and raised it to Nobroker PMS team. Initially, their response was to avoid any blame and work but when I insisted and their FRM confirmed that geyser repair person were last person and leak happened due to their negligence, they agreed to do inspection of damages. After repeated request from me and FRM the PMS team went to inspect the damage on Aug 16th and send me report. They said to call me, but I never received the call even after I gave them specific time to call. After that I have repeatedly emailed PMS team including their manager Mr.Kishlay Singh and their PMS person Ms. Jeniffer to the water damage work but to no avail as they neither responded to my emails nor called me to update. I raised this to FRM who said he is also trying his best to get them to respond and he emailed but that also don't help to get their response.
So, I want to lodge a complaint to get Nobroker.com to repair the damage done to my apartment due to their negligence and to fix the geyser that had leaked. I would appreciate my consumer complaint is taken up with this company to do their promised services without any further delay.

Hello Nobroker team,
You have my registered mobile number on the property advertised under my name Pradeep Pawar in Highland Tower, Lokhandwala township kandivali east Mumbai - 400101, which is +[protected]. I have not received any call from your team and also no response to my registered email address.
I have also sent a notice through my lawyer and there was no response. So i am planning to file a complaint against your company in Mumbai consumer court for damages done to my property.

      I had opted for one of their owner plans. They had followed up and constantly contacted regularly until they got the price for the plan paid. Post that the service was very lethargic and improper. Haven't received my key post the plan. It's been a month now and i have made 100s for calls to noBroker executives. The irony of a customer centric company being so negligent and irresponsible.

        I have received a call [protected] on 16.08.2022 & 17.08.2022 from Mr Rohit and cheated me by Rs 40016.69 but i cant varify the transaction and i got two massage as under :

        INR 21, 247.80 spent on ICICI Bank Card XX8005 on 17-Aug-22 at NOBROKER RENTPA.

        INR 18, 768.89 spent on ICICI Bank Card XX8005 on 17-Aug-22 at NOBROKER RENTPA

        Kindly look into this as i have not done any transaction with NOBROKER hence request you to refund my money of Rs 40016.69

          I made my tuition fee payment on 25 August 2022.
          The Tuition fee amount is 49, 999 and 589 rs towards the service fee.
          I have paid a total of 50588 INR.

          Reference No: NSF[protected]

          I made the transaction, and after that, I have been asked to share the proof of education, and I shared the tuition fee receipt and bank details of the beneficiary.
          Now I received a mail saying my transaction failed because of an invalid document. I have submitted the legit tuition fee receipt which I got from my tuition center.

          If the transaction has failed then why are you not refunding my 589Rs service charges?
          There is no service NoBroker has provided here. Service means transferring money to the beneficiary, which NoBroker has not provided and declined the payment.
          Then on what basis (or) why are you charging a service fees?

          I want my service fee 589Rs to be refunded immediately along with the transaction fee or else I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Court regarding your malpractice and will seek additional damage charges also.

          This is one of the worst services i have observed and will never use NoBroker again, nor will recommend NoBroker to my friends and family unless they solve the issue.
          I need a resolution on the same as early as possible.

              I spoke with their so called "escalation heads" Kiran and Kavya and they couldn't stick to their words. They guaranteed a refund over a recorded call and now they cannot stick to it.

              If you're looking for peace of mind, DO NOT OPT FOR NoBroker's services and save yourself a lot of trouble.

                I scammer called me claiming to be from ICICI Bank stating to increase limit of my account. Without me providing any details Rs 20236 were deducted from my account to NOBROKER RENTPAYMENTS on 25 August, 2022 at 12:13:50pm. My home branch is stating that the amount is not yet accepted by NoBroker. Kindly don't accept the transaction with card ending with 4007.

                Your technical support stated in email that they have settled the amount with the scammer even after me warning your customer support that the transaction was fraudulent.

                I received an email from your technical support stating that they have credited the amount to scammers account and have reported the same. This happened after when I reported the issue to your support team through customer care number.

                  I paid for their services which they didn't fulfilled . They said full refund will be done in 7 working days but I haven't received any refund its already been 15 days .

                    I am raising this complaint for issue what I came across today. We hired no broker painting services total quotation amount was for 6857 and i paid advance 3809 and my outstanding amount was 3048. But this went wrong and they are asking me to pay 7556 as outstanding. And make sure you should have actually good quality and educated painter or staff .who will be responsible for my extra payment . I am attaching in the mail all the pics where they have added two things more where my cost is getting increased.

                      Nobroker found a backdoor way of income. they let you pay rent for first time without rent agreement, and they put on hold for 2nd agreement with argument that it is suspicious. then they refund the money with 1% service charge deducted if you are unable to provide rental agreement. This is pure and simple extortion. First of all, it should do sanity check of the transaction before debiting money from credit card and decline the rent payment upfront. Most of rent payment portal do that. Instead Nobroker, let the payment completed and then deny the rent transfer on the basis of false transaction. So that they can deduct 1% service charge and refund rest. This is free money, they do not even show it in their ledger book. This is black money they are extorting from poor customer in plain sight. Second of all, what is the service charge here and what is the rationality? what service they provided to customer? None! plain and simple. Are they paying GST of this service charge? are they providing Tax invoice to the customer. No! this is plan and simple robbery. They are muggers. I suggest all good men to not use nobroker not only for rent payment, but for all services they provide. A criminal is always a criminal, They will extort you on the first instance whenever there is opportunity

                        This post is to highlight the unprofessionalism and fraudulent actions by the renowned firm NoBroker.

                        So we were contacted by NoBroker sales executive Mr.Dhananjay Kale to assist in your property search and we finalized on a property in Wakad around April 2022.
                        While we were finalizing the property, we were "promised" that a cashback worth 50 thousand INR would be provided within 90 days from agreement date along with a oneplus phone worth 40 thousand INR as referral bonus and a few more commitments around discounts on interiors and packers & movers.

                        Once the property was finalized, we started getting multiple calls daily to confirm by when we would complete the agreement (daily at least 3 calls were made by NoBroker CRM team) during the complete course of time from booking to agreement date and thereafter Mr.Dhananjay Kale was least bothered to take any followup with the builder on the agreement and rather we had to take the followup and inform him about the status.
                        Post the agreement, I shared the required agreement copy with the CRM team immediately (on 07th July 2022) to which an acknowledgement was received from the NoBroker CRM team on 11th Jul 2022 stating that they are awaiting an approval from the sales team.
                        Since 11th July 2022, we have been constantly chasing and calling Mr. Dhananjay Kale and NoBroker CRM team and there has been not a single revert from any teams of NoBrokers.

                        On 27th July 2022 Mr. Nikhil Satam (Cluster head of sales) comes into picture and to our surprise we understand that the builder has rejected the invoice due to inappropriate, missing and delayed documentation/communication from NoBroker sales executive Mr.Dhananjay Kale and that due to this lack of documentation from NoBroker Sales team we were not entitled to receive the cashback (which was a complete disappointment since we were no where at fault here and rather a complete miss from NoBroker sales team) however Nikhil mentioned that he will speak to his seniors and ensure to deliver on the commitments.

                        This turned out to be another "fake" commitment from NoBroker and email after multiple emails and calls, none of them were reverted neither by Mr.Dhanajay Kale nor by Mr. Nikhil Satam.

                        After all these fake and false commitments, I reached out to the CEO of NoBroker Mr. Amit Agarwal on linkedin and he mentioned to send an email and he will look into it on 08th Aug 2022 and since then even Mr. Amit Agarwal (CEO of NoBroker) has not responded, I sent another fresh email on 14th Aug 2022 and chased again on 18th Aug 2022 and seems he is least bothered to respond as well.

                        Since 11th July 2022 till date apart from an in-person discussion with Mr. Nikhil Satam (that too after hundreds of calls) there has been zero response/communication from NoBroker's end including the CEO of the company.

                        I would highly suggest everyone to not get any services from NoBrokers considering how unprofessional and unethical their staff members are including the cluster heads and senior management. DO NOT FALL FOR ANY FAKE COMMITMENTS THAT YOU WOULD RECEIVE FROM NOBROKER.

                        If you are speaking about the communication that I had before posting this complaint, your executives expect me to bear the loss of delayed/communication and documentation from Nobroker's end which I not ready to accept since I am not at fault here ( this has been clearly mentioned on this compliant as well)

                          Worst Painting service

                          This is with reference to the home painting services booked on my registered number - [protected].
                          Service started on 7th August 2022, and still the same is yet to be completed even on the 10th day. Below are the people I have came across who aren't responding on completion of services.
                          1. Rajkumar Kadam (Supervisor) +[protected]
                          2. Jay Rathod ( Quotation provider) +[protected]

                          Worst Painting service

                          I had booked home painting services on no broker..
                          Service started on 7th August 2022, and still the same is yet to be completed even on the 11th day.
                          I am very much disappointed by the complete unprofessional, rude and negligent behavior of the supervisor with me and my family members.
                          I need to remind him every single day for painting in every cover left, or plastering the left corners, or painting the grills etc,...

                          We have moved our items with Nobroker Packers and movers from Bangalore to 3 places in Karnataka (Gubbi, Chitradurga and Shivmogga) on 25th July 2022.
                          When we choosen Nobroker Packers and movers, they have given assurance they will cover insurance for 3 places, we paid 30000/- rs and 6000/- rs for insurance.
                          On 26th they given pathetic service, many of our valuable items were broken and we informed the same to nobroker and thier insurance team and given all the damaged item proofs. But they are now not covering the damaged items, not picking the call. We need justice here it's hard earned money we spent on valuable items.

Your packers and movers guys are pathetic they were drunk and made big mess. After all these, your insurance team asked to provide all the details, videos, damaged item photos from all the 3 places, now after seeing the pathetic condition of the goods as it cost them more your insurance team saying they can't cover and you guys don't call or pick my call. We need justice here if your company has ethics and sense then please be honest with customer.

                            Never ever take services Packers movers from nobroker they provide quotation by sitting in office & there vendor charge extra for every other item included & took price from 17500 to 21000 still took some extra cash and rejected many items like liquid oil toiletries.
                            Se there packing quality & there vendor Mr gyaan wants to charges for evey other thing he rejected edible oils, ghee, soap, Refined, harpic, bucket, vim, mug, Handwash, mouthwash, surf matic liquid and many toilet items like brush bucket shampoo by saying we dont shift these items. Is this sound reasonable when anyone shift there Why he will leave this items and why he will not shift kitchen and toiletries, why did not mentioned this weird rule of packers and movers. Charged me extra also by asking tip chai paani without that these guys are not leaving home and rejected several items which i had to left.
                            Remove this vendor Dlf packers and movers and Mr Gyaan his office in brijwasan Delhi from your portal he is looting customers. And no broker is supporting even he gave death threats also.

                            And provide compensation for my losses which he charged 300 Rs extra in cash and all my itmes of Rs 2000 in my old house.

                            But No broker will support his vendor more then customer and he will never solve this case and its my humble request never consider no broker for any services they are robots only know to do sales after that they dont took any responsibility.

                            Issue i faced

                            1) Vehicle not confirmed during booking.
                            2) vehicle changed and charged 3500 extra.
                            3) For every item This vendor have price tag which he was putting and charging.
                            4) Never during booking they told that they did not ship liquid items.
                            5) Movement manager have off before movement day which create havoc.
                            6) During booking no broker told they will take payment in three parts 1st 15% then 2nd 70% then 3rd after dlvry 15% but they did not follow this rule took 15% during booking and 85% after loading of goods from pickup point.
                            7) no broker dont havecontrol on vendor he harrased me several times to do payment till then he did not moved.
                            8) payment link which was shared was 256 extra.
                            9) Every time i have to tell whole story to there representative again and again. Theyd dont take follow up.
                            10) one carton dlvr was wet.

                            So never ever use No broker for anything they are pathetic in all ways.

                            After complaining all they still supporting vendor and saying me its only 1000 toliteris and bathroom item one should have you are asking too much.
                            Plz just check Wow, Mama Earth, Shmapoo, oil conditioner price, then edible oil like mustard, coconut refined oil price and ghee then bucket mob mug. Plz buy me all these things in 1000 i will be very happy.

                            Instead of penalising vendor giving me gyaan.

                            So its my honest review never ever take service of No broker.

                                  Tomorrow on date August 9, 2022. We got a call from saying PG manager, which we have booked in Pune by discussing from PG owner from Nobroker app. Because property listed there and number is also provided in the app, we didn't doubt it.
                                  They have taken amount from different transcations fraudly saying for verification.

                                    I had subscribed for a no broker plan on 29th April for Rs. 7668. They claimed the money was not received and we shared all bank statements and SMS proof of the same. Have been chasing them for the past 3 months for a refund but in vain.
