[Resolved]  Nobroker.com — About The Refund of Money paid for taking premium services

I had taken up a refundable premium service from Nobroker.com, where they will find a suitable tenant for me within 60 days from the package is tenant. The terms and conditions sent by NoBroker did not specify anything with related to the refund clause when a tenant backs out at the last minute. While I told about the same only after the tenant has backed out, they keep saying cannot process refund. I have sent an email with their clauses but no reply received from them.

Your team has my number already as I have taken up the premium plan. Just coz I didn't respond here the case cannot be closed. I have sent so many emails with no responses from your end. I am taking it up very seriously and planning for a legal action against your company for not sharing me full details while taking up the premium plans.

This is the same response you guys are providing. You are not answering why the terms and conditions shared to me, did not specify about the non refund if the tenant has backed out? Also, why the re-activation of the same plan is not possible for 3 months immediately after the refund is received? These are not specified to the terms and conditions shared to me. I shall seek these information in the court of law. See you there
