Purchased a paid subscription on NoBroker.com (Subscription ID:[protected] on[protected], valid till[protected], to access landlord contact details for house rental search. However, several contact numbers provided to me were not valid; they belonged to old/expired property listings and were not current, active advertisements.

Key issues faced:

Many numbers were unreachable, inactive, or not related to active listings.

Despite multiple complaints to customer care (Complaint IDs: 1249836 and 1249793), there has been no response or resolution from NoBroker.com.

I am unable to access or utilize 2–3 contacts at all.

As the subscription period is nearing expiry, I am unable to fully use the services I paid for.

This has resulted in financial loss, wasted time, and distress since the service delivered was not as described/promised at purchase.

Requested Relief:

Fair replacement of all unusable contacts with valid, active landlord details OR

Refund of the subscription amount for the unusable portion
