      NoBroker Partner Md. Shaik (Cell No. [protected]) has done a job half and now does not respond to calls and does not commit to the basic service requirements. It's been 14 days that I'm having the issue and the above service partner charged me for the electronic consumables of the Split AC and does not want to come or answer the phone to fix the issue.

        On 6th March 2023 there was unauthorised transactions happened on my credit card. There were two unauthorised transactions happened on my card. The transaction amount was 38493.24 to NoBroker. I immediately informed axis bank customer care about the fraud transactions and raised dispute and block card and told to block those transactions as this was not done by me. Please help me on this.

        I already registered my complain by calling your customer care number. Its been more than 48 hours I have not got any resolution. When I registered complaint they said that it will be resolved within 24 hours.
        Even you got my complain from cyber cell police and it is escalated still nothing done to save my money.
        Is your company also supports such frauds? That why there are thousands of cases against you.
        And that's why delay is done so that transaction gets settle and I lose my money.
        Very pathetic customer support.

          As of today if I call and ask no broker customer executives are telling that will get back to you and not giving proper response.
          So I want my money refund back as soon as possible please.
          I will make sure here after none of my friend circle should contact or take service of nobroker.
          This people are liars and even cheater.
          If you call the actual person to whom you called and basis of their comitment we pay the amount they never get connected to us or even the call line in not transfer to them. They take the money and do not support.

            Purchased a relax plan of Rs 3538 . On the commitment we travelled 80 km. The RM was not at all supportive. Tried calling RM but his call was busy. On complaining they say plan is active but the RM did not responded for 2-3 hrs. When asked for refund they said they will refund but not yet refunded the amount. After the complaint and even providing contact details vendor closed the complaints.

                  I had booked packers movers from NoBroker for shifting. The shifting guy were thieves and they had stolen some of my items during shifting.
                  On calling to NoBroker customer care, they are simply saying they can not do anything, it’s your responsibility to keep an eye on your valuable items. And the case is closed . There is nothing I can do now??.
                  My total stolen items cost worth were 13-14 thousands rupees.
                  I would certainly make sure that none of my friend circle try to use NoBroker.com if such irresponsible behaviour are being done by them.
                  My point is why they hire such person at the first place to whom they have no control?? They can’t even check who they were ?
                  I mean some day they would send some criminals for the service who would any henious crime rather than such stealing things and then they would say the same, it’s your responsibility to save yourself from such person.

                    I have placed Ac service on 18 February 2023 but unfortunately due to some issues I cancelled the service.so I got a message from nobroker that money will be refunded back to source account and that will take 7 days of time.
                    As of today if I call and ask no broker customer executives are telling that will get back to you and not giving proper response.
                    So I want my money refund back as soon as possible please.

                      On January 28th, I attempted to make a rent payment of 49, 300 to my landlord's UPI ID using the NoBroker app. However, the app automatically used my previous payment account details instead of the correct ones. I contacted customer support to change the account details, and they sent me a link to update it. I updated the account details using the link. Despite this, the payment was not successful and did not reach my landlord's bank account. I waited for approximately 10 days, but the payment did not settle. So, I contacted the support team to cancel the payment, and they informed me that it would take 7 to 10 working days for the payment to be returned. However, it has now been more than 12 days, and I still haven't received the payment back.

                          My name is Preethi Yajaman. I had an account as a buyer on nobroker - Bangalore. Representative Ms. Sushmita PB was very rude and has deactivated my account for no authentic reason. When asked for an email from her stating the reason, she said she will not send. When asked to speak to her manager/supervisor, she said she will not connect and she said for silly reasons she can't send an email. I want a full refund of 1768.82. Thank you.

                            I have done all process said by nobroker about rental agreement and have paid in full advance Rs. 2500 and afterwords making several complaints and enquiries they are not providing me rent agreement. This is worst ever disgusting type of experience and service they have provided to me. Giving no response and not provided me rent agreement. Please help.

                            It's now 1 month I have been following them everyday, they are not listening and not taking any action on this. :(

                              I have opted nobroker rental relax plan and finalaized and moved to flat on february 15th. The property is managed by no broker and they have communicated to provide amenities like power back up, car parking, house keeping, security. We agreed on rent of 19000 as rent and 100000 as deposit. But now they are denying to provide all the above amenities and they are not ready to negotiate on rent. I have spent 4200 for rental relax plan, 4000 for packers and movers, 4000 for cleaning services and 1000 for carpentry work in new flat and 100000 as deposit. When i ask for amenities they are asking me to vacate flat and not agreeing on other expenses. I am requesting to compensate me for all the expenses and mental agony that i am going through due to deliberate miscommunication by no broker.

                                  NoBroker Packers and Movers team continously forced me for a week to Book their service and pay the token amount

                                  So i booked the service from my source location to CHennai, also i paid the token amount.. Everything i planned and even booked bus tickets for my family..

                                  But suddenly without my knowledge they have Cancelled the shipment service by stating that there is no Vendor partner Available at my location

                                  My question to no broker team is why they forced to book their service without cross verifying the vendor Availability??

                                  If they cannot, they should have arranged an alternate facility for my shipment.. AFter continous followups still i didnt received my refund amount fully

                                    Hi, I paid around rs. 15000 to purchase Super relax Plan to sell my property 2 bhk flat in Bangalore. There has been no updates in the last 1 month. Right from the start the RM, field agent or the salesperson who i contacted again and gain were not responding. Sensing this, i put out repeated request within the first week to refund and cancel the plan but they insisted the plan cannot be cancelled. Also, RM or anyone did not reach me in the first 1 week.After 1 week into the plan, i got to know allocated RM is not available and there is no one to cover my case in his absence. They reached me only twice in last 1 month that too after repeated requests-messages, emails, calls. In last 2 weeks no one has contacted me even once for sharing any updates. I would say if they don't have leads and if they cannot even contact me once weekly, They should refund me in full.
