NoBroker turned out to be a disappointing experience.

I listed my property for rent and was repeatedly contacted by their sales team to purchase the Property Management Plan promising tenant visits, background checks, etc. I paid ₹29, 999.

A week later they told me there’s **no Relationship Manager available for my area** and asked me to downgrade to an Owner Lite plan.

I had activated NRI seller service which they call money back policy. I had to follow up with them on regular basis despite paying the premium. Its been 2 months and no one has taken photo of my property. They just send you false statistics saying x number of visits scheduled etc but nothing happens. I am Ritik Jain, On 01-Sep-2025 I paid ₹22, 001 to NoBroker for their “Khata Combo Package” (Khata Transfer + Tax + BESCOM).

Facts:
After payment, NoBroker RM Sreekanth called and said “Khata Transfer is NOT possible, you have to go for Khata Procurement” and insisted I pay ₹4, 000 extra for procurement package.
I clearly rejected Khata Procurement and told them to either do the original Khata Transfer...

I had raised a refund request with NoBroker on 8th July 2024, associated with reference number #EM-1016903. Despite multiple follow-ups over email, I have not received any refund or proper response from their support team.

I booked an RO service through the NoBroker platform. The NoBroker technician - Manoj Kumar, collected ₹5500 in cash, saying it was for spare parts, and never returned to complete the work. When I tried calling him from another number, he spoke very harshly and without respect. I raised multiple complaints, but the NoBroker team is only convincing me instead of taking proper action against their technician. This is very unfair and unprofessional....

I had a very disappointing experience with NoBroker. We have been following up with their team for over a month regarding the painting work that was clearly mentioned in our rental agreement to be completed before handing over the house. However, when we moved in, the house was not painted.
