I had booked a movers and packers service from Gurgaon to Bangalore and my household stuff was picked on May 3. However when I called my movement manager, Samya on May 10 to check the status, she said it has still not moved as the partner is claiming non receipt of funds. Just to give some background, when I had made the payment via no broker app, the payment was successful and was received by Nobroker but due to some tech issue at Nobroker's end, the payment did not get updated in their app. I had made multiple calls to both the partner and customer care then regarding payment confirmation and everytime the movement manager Samya said payment has been received. Today I got to know that their partner is now holding the stuff in warehouse. My movement dates to Bangalore on 20th May and now I am not sure if I will receive my belongings timely due to this payment issue between Nobroker and their partner.
I am feeling absolutely hassled and aggrieved by your employees attitude and behaviour in how they are handling this issue.
Yesterday they had emailed confirming that the goods will be dispatched yesterday and today again they are saying it will be disptached tonight. Was this information helpful? |
