Im Dr Numan when i shifted from GK-II to GKI in south Delhi months ago nobroker(www.nobroker.in) partner has damaged my marble top. i informed the company, and their local shifting partner (as they don’t have their own) and went online to file a claim with the insurance claim company but the website of the insurance company was not working!
I called nobroker hundreds of times and I have sent them dozens of emails (the contact point was Mr rajguru - PNM grievance officer at: grievanceofficer.[protected]@nobroker.in) then I have spoken with an officer called Mr Sidharth who promised to solve the issue within 24 hours but in vain.
They are not interested to address or solve the issue and now they are not even responding to my emails and my phone calls.
My experience with this company was horrible in every way and every sense and their shifting partner (they don’t have their own team or transport vehicles) they sell you to local shifting agents who pay them more !!!)
They take their commission upfront in advance directly from you and hand you over to their local shifting partners. As No Broker has sold you/handed you over to the highest bedder you should not expect professional or good service and this is exactly what happened The local shifting partners (Best packer and movers) was not professional and badly trained leading to damaging my table marble top, in short, my experience with local associate was a nightmare.
left without any option i googled to know more about this unprofessional company (NoBroker Technologies Solutions Pvt Ltd) ) I was shocked to find very large numbers of victims having the same or similar problem.
My suggestion is to start a forum (i will create an online presence for free) for all the victims of no brokers company and its partners and associate after that we should file consolidated complaints and approach the court and media as a group and it is not a bad idea also to take help or advice from honest Packers & Movers companies.
the proposed forum's name shall be: nobroker victims forum and the forum mission shall be:
- To address the problems of forum's member's and their new victims.
-To file consolidated complete and to approach the court as one group (I will pay for the advocate).
-To highlight the issue through media and other platforms.
-To make sure through the legal process and channels that NO one will be tarped as we have been trapped by this company.
