I was requested for my Split AC servicing from Nobroker, No broker team has assign a service engineer Falak Jaidi, he came at my whom and suggested AC have less gas so need to refill gas as well coil also will repair he had given Estimate cost around 3300 he had promised after this work AC will run smoothly.
He did his job and gave his number and said if any issue will come related to this AC call me directly. after 5 to 6 days again AC cooling not working then i call him he came and said now your compressor is leakage i told him if compressor issue give me sometimes because compressor in warranty so will raised request with voltas team. i raised a request and voltas engineer came and found the compressor is found and again gas is low so he suggested please fill GAS. i orgue with voltas engineer that other engineer saying its acupressure issue then Voltas engineer said compressor is fine if any engineer will prove compressor is faulty i will give new AC. when same message i again conveyed the same message to No broker service engineer falak zaid he said ok sir please run AC when it will totally stop and will come to refill gas and said please change your indoor unit.
When i again call him one month he said sure sir will come when will reached noida but he never came. When I called him again he said my ID is not working so when it will activated it will check. i wait 5 to 6 days and again when i called him on 21st june he said i came in village due to eid festival will come on 30th june.
when i again call him on second july he had suddenly changed and came now your warront period is over so it will not cover in warranty when i told him i will complain about your service to Nobroker he said you can complain anyone no one will support to you.
when i called to to customer care number with my register number [protected] on [protected] first he listen my issue then he asked my number i given same number but they said its not your register number then i told him to check with my mail id and given this mail id he said not this mail id also wrong then i told him how it is possible i am getting all communication with this mobile and mail id then you can say its not registered.
My i know which type service engineer you have registered with you all customer trusting on your brand and services but your services engineer playing different roll and make frustrating to customer, second how your tele caller not able to identify.
We have enough proof for all above communication with recording and time for your reference few recordings and call timing attached.
Kindly look at this issue on priority and fixed it my problem or let me know next level escalation if you have or I will escalate in our manner legally because all communication and problems persist within a week of servicing and I think your service engineer is just trying to pass time.
