I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding repeated Unsolicited Commercial Communication (UCC) messages I am receiving from NoBroker, despite having activated DND on my mobile number.

DND Status: Fully activated (START 0 to 1909)
I have already:
Requested NoBroker customer care to unsubscribe me from all communication.
Received verbal confirmation that I was unsubscribed.
Submitted a complaint through NoBroker’s support portal with no effective resolution.
This ongoing harassment is a direct violation of TRAI’s UCC regulations. I request TRAI to kindly investigate this matter and take strict action against the sender under the guidelines for telemarketing and promotional communication.
Please confirm the receipt of this complaint and provide a reference number for tracking.
