I am writing to express my frustration regarding the End-to-End Legal Assistance package I opted for, which includes the Complete Buyer Assist Package, Khata Transfer, Tax Name Change, and BESCOM Transfer. Unfortunately, I have not received any services related to the Khata transfer, Tax name change, or BESCOM transfer for the past five months.

Each time I follow up, I am informed that the portal is unavailable and that the relevant authorities are not accessible. This has raised concerns for me, especially as I find it hard to believe that no Khata transfers have been processed in five months.

I feel that my requests have been consistently ignored, with no progress made on my case. I have reached out multiple times to request either the process be expedited or a refund so that I can seek assistance elsewhere.

I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter, as I am currently stuck without any progress on these essential services.
