Nobroker is unethical and crooked nonprofessional team. After my paid plan has expired, they deactivated my property without informing me and won't let me post again. The horrible customer care team says it will take 6 months - 1 year to resolve the issue. I think technical team will arrive from Mars to fix the issue . It is a false promotion by Nobroker staring it's a free platform for property listings. Horrible team. Don't believe these scamsters.

    Dear Sir,

    They took 69, 000/- by providing false information about property. First they said this is a A khata property and the amount in INR. 41, 50, 000/- when i checked the documents i found that there is gift deed and there is no khata. when i asked the same the executive from no broker saying we need to apply for Khata then we will get A Khata, if the owner will apply the property amount should be INR. 44, 00, 000/- It is totally false info provided by NO Broker executives. if the property value 44 LACs they should have inform before i pay the advance amount of INR. 69, 000/-.
    My humble request is to please take an action against No Broker and help us to get my amount back.
    Before i PAY the money i was getting en number of calls saying the property is A khata I have asked this documents and they are not able to provide

    1. Mother Deed
    2. All sales Deed
    3. EC 1982 to Till date
    4. Khatha Details
    5. Layout Plan
    6. Property tax paid till date
    7. Any GP agreement

    As per NO Broker terms:
    The token amount is refundable only if the property document verification fails.
    In the event of document verification failure, NoBroker will actively assist you in finding an alternative property of equivalent value.
    As per the terms they failure to provide assist no property. Since i paid the amount on 03rd July 2024 till date i have waited no response from NO Broker. It is totally failure from No Broker company.

      After repeated calls from No broker on home loan processing, I enrolled for the same.
      I was charged -
      Rs.1, 000/- for a lawyer as advance payment.
      Rs.3000/- for valuation.
      There was no progress for 2 months from No broker after charing Rs.4000/-
      After 2 months of ordeal on the pathetic service from the No broker executive "Garima" and her
      Manager "Ashish", I decided to go to the bank directly to process my loan.
      I was denied when I wanted to get a hard copy of the valuation I had paid.
      I was scammed of Rs.4000/- with no service and repeated harassment for 2 months.
      please help me out. Contact @ 91-[protected].

        I have exhausted all possible (tbh little or zero CS team) customer servicing NoBroker offers. One can never imagine such a pathetic experience I have come across through NB. I opted for Relax plan from NB and finalized a property via NB and I was supposed to move in on June 30. The day I had to shift, that morning I was informed by the owner that the property I visited and finalized was not his. Apparently, I paid 20k token advance 15days ago after confirming with the RM who was assigned to me for property visit and assistance. Now, on the D day, I’m left with no home to go as the property I finalized was not owned by the owner and I don’t like the property the owner holds. It’s nowhere my mistake here. PS I have already vacated my current house and I have no alternate place to reside in. This is the worst nightmare anyone can ever imagine. Multiple attempts and try to reach out to a proper CS agent/ Supervisor miserably failed. I REPEAT HANDSDOWN NO BROKER HAS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICING CHANNEL! It's a humble request to assign a right SPOC to have this resolved sooner. Please!

          My name is Prashant Kumar, and I recently booked a relocation service to move my household belongings from Chennai to Pune on June 20, 2024. The total cost of this booking was ₹6, 500, which included insurance coverage of ₹40, 000 and one week of free warehouse storage.
          On June 27, I received a call from the delivery boy (contact number: +91 [protected]) asking me to receive my belongings. However, I explained that I hadn’t yet found a house in Pune and had requested one week of warehouse storage during the pickup in Chennai. This storage arrangement was also mentioned in the insurance documentation I received.
          I specifically requested delivery on July 3, which was a Wednesday. Unfortunately, despite waiting until 7 PM on that day, I did not receive any communication from the delivery boy (+91 [protected]).
          To resolve the issue, I contacted the booking agent (contact number: [protected]) through the No Broker app. The agent provided me with the contact details of another delivery person ([protected]), but unfortunately, those details were incorrect. Frustrated, I reached out to No Broker’s customer care, and they connected me with the same delivery agent ([protected]) who then provided the correct contact information.
          When I spoke with the delivery boy, he assured me that he would deliver my belongings the next day. However, when I followed up, he informed me that he lacked the necessary approval to proceed. He instructed me to request the delivery agent ([protected]) to send him written confirmation (via email or message) authorizing the delivery.
          This story keeps on repeating. I am calling No Broker to seek help because I booked through them. No Broker’s customer care only listens and tells me that they have noted my point, and they will inform the delivery agent to deliver my items tomorrow. However, until Monday, the delivery agent keeps providing me with different contact details for delivery. Then suddenly, on Monday, he starts shouting at me, blaming me for not receiving my stuff on June 27th. I asked him how I could accept the delivery when I had already booked a one-week warehouse. He replied that I shouldn’t have contacted No Broker for delivery. He refuses to deliver my items and demands 3000 rupees as warehouse charges if I want my stuff back. I questioned why I should pay for 10 days of storage.
          I reached out to No Broker’s customer care for help, but unfortunately, they only listened and promised to get back to me. Frustrated and unable to find assistance elsewhere, I decided to pay the delivery agent the requested 3000 rupees. I knew he was defrauding me, but I felt I had no other option. He provided me with a Google Pay number (+91 [protected]) through another WhatsApp number (+91 [protected]), and I paid him. After receiving the money, he assured me that my delivery would be arranged for Thursday evening.
          However, when I called him, he continued to promise delivery without actually delivering my items. I contacted the delivery boy to check if he had received any messages or emails from the delivery agent regarding my delivery. The delivery boy responded negatively and advised me not to pay the 3000 rupees to the delivery agent; instead, it should go to him.
          As a newcomer in Pune, starting a new job, I feel broken by this fraud. Unfortunately, I haven’t found any help from anyone so far.

          They altogether are doing fraud with me. Kindly Help

              cpms plan refund

              I took the CPMS plan of worth Rs 25, 000/- from NoBroker and they committed to provide service. Unfortunately they could not provide service and based on this they agreed to refund the complete plan amount.

              the 2 transactions - 5th Apr 2024 Rs 8848.82. 6th Apr 2024 Rs 16150.00

              Per agreement they are supposed to refund the amount in 5 to 6 business days however its been last 3 months I have been following up...

              For My flat, NoBroker had already done the rental-agreement in past.

              While putting up the advertisement on behalf of me under a refundable-pan, they intentionally set the incorrect SQ.FT.

              When I found the tenant out-side of NoBroker, they are supposed to refund. But they did not & rejection reason is - SQ FT Mismatch.

              With attached screenshots, you can get the idea on the rejection.
              And you can also get the idea that, they know exact sq-ft by providing me rental-agreement-service for the same flat.

                Not refunding my rental agreement money and scheme money for finding the tenant

                NO Broker asked me to register for a plan paying 6000.00 INR in which within 2 months if they fail to find a tenant the money will be refunded.

                they found the tenant on april 14th 2024 and took money from me for rental agreement and police verification - 6400.00 INR. they delayed the agreement process and made me do the registration in may around 10th.

                I am writing to report a distressing incident involving unauthorized transactions on my IndusInd Bank-issued credit card on Nobroker Technologies Solution. Recently, I received a call from the number +[protected] soliciting feedback on my latest credit card and discussing credit limit updates. Subsequently, I received another call from +[protected] claiming to be the bank's helpline, offering to increase my credit card limit and redeem welcome rewards.

                During this call, I was directed to a website, https://claimrewardsponits.website/indusind, where I was asked to enter my card details due to purported server issues preventing direct processing by the bank. Unfortunately, upon entering my details, an unauthorized transaction amounting to Rs 193, 138.8 occurred instantly, due to autofill OTP policy on Nobroker Technologies Solution at 2:33:34pm.

                I have already blocked my card to prevent further unauthorized transactions. However, I am deeply concerned about the security lapse that led to this incident and the subsequent financial loss.

                I request your urgent assistance in investigating this matter and recovering the funds lost due to this fraudulent activity. Please advise on the necessary steps I should take to ensure my account's security moving forward.

                  I brought nobroker freedom plan because I have to find a house within 15 days, but I'm not able to get owner number when I called customer care they are telling it's a technical issue, and not telling how many hours it will take, but when I searched online I saw many people are facing the same issue.
                  The plan is non refundable, whats the use of the buying the plan if I'm not able to get owner's contact number.
                  If they were having technical issue they should have mentioned it before payment, it's a fraud taking money and not providing services

                    I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against NoBroker, an online real estate service provider, regarding their failure to deliver the promised services and their refusal to process a refund. The details of my complaint are as follows:

                    Lack of Disclosure of Terms and Conditions:
                    I subscribed to a service package from NoBroker, during which no terms and conditions were disclosed to me. The sales representatives failed to provide or explain the terms related to the service, refund policy, or any other critical aspects. This lack of transparency constitutes a significant breach of fair business practices.

                    High-Pressure Sales Tactics:
                    NoBroker's sales team persistently pressured me to make the payment, leading me to proceed without a full understanding of the service terms. This coercive behavior is both unprofessional and unethical.

                    Failure to Deliver Promised Services:
                    Despite subscribing to a package that included a money-back guarantee, NoBroker has been unsuccessful in finding a suitable property for me. The service has proven to be ineffective and of no value to me, and the money-back guarantee should be honored.

                    GST Charges with No Claiming Option:
                    I have been charged GST on the payment made to NoBroker, but there appears to be no mechanism for claiming or benefiting from this tax charge. This further adds to my dissatisfaction with their service.

                    Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly with NoBroker, they have refused to process my refund, citing reasons that are unacceptable and unsubstantiated. Therefore, I am seeking your intervention to resolve this issue.

                    Resolution Sought:
                    I request a full refund of my payment from NoBroker due to their failure to deliver the promised services and the lack of transparency regarding the terms and conditions. The service has been of no use to me, and I believe my hard-earned money should be refunded.

                    I have attached copies of relevant documents, including payment receipts, communication records with NoBroker, and any other pertinent information, for your reference.

                    I trust that your esteemed office/platform will take prompt and appropriate action to address my complaint and ensure that such unfair practices are rectified.

                      I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my recent booking with your agency. Despite having made the payment and received a confirmation, I have not received any updates about my booking. This lack of communication is causing me significant inconvenience.

                      At the day of pickup, when we called them to enquire about their arrival, they said that the booking is not yet confirmed and we have to cancel the booking. Even after we said to them that we took the day off for this shifting purpose, they were not at all concerned about our precious time and hard earned money. All the say was cancel the booking. This has cost a huge loss in time of our day. The mental stress handling due this inconvenience is beyond expressable.

                        Hi Team,

                        I have taken a owner Plan- CPMS by doing payment on 29th May 2024.

                        The plan by explained by Relationship Manager Vignesh.

                        After doing the payment, neither my property is listed on No Broker website nor Vignesh is picking up my call. I have made the complaint earlier as well to [protected]@nobroker.in but there is no response.

                        Still my property is inactive after 1 week of the payment.

                        I request you to refund my payment.

                          Hi,
                          My Name is Venkatesh. I've booked a separate vehicle (payment was done in accordance) for shifting my luggage from Bangalore to Hyderabad. The luggage, as agreed by both parties, was parked in Bangalore warehouse on 14th May and was supposed to shifted to Hyderabad later. I was asked a tentative date, which I've given as 01Jun2024, for reference. A mail confirmation was sent in accordance. In the call, they mentioned "tentative date" and not the "actual date"

                          I was supposed to inform NoBroker, 3 days in advance for the luggage to start. I've informed NoBroker on 23rd May evening regarding the same via phone and sent an email as well. Till date the luggage has not been delivered. Each time they come up with some random excuses like vehicle not available, its raining outside, vehicle breakdown at kurnool town, vehicle will reach your location tonight and so on.

                          I continuously ask them to reply me back on my mails. I send them mails asking for status update. None of them get any response.

                          I've paid nearly 38k as agreed. Balance is another 4.9K Still, this is sort of treatment I receive. Its more than 2 weeks already and he is getting dull since we're not with him.

                          I want the package to be delivered today so that I can settle down fast. I don't understand why I paid for separate vehicle and still the luggage is not able to get delivered. Please refer to attachments for call and email/chat history.

                          Today they delivered the goods. However the changed my bike's mirrors. When I ask for original items these are the replies I got

                          Delivery executive - I don't know. I'm only a delivery person. Anyways I'll fix it with some other random bikes mirrors. Live with it

                          Customer Relationship Manager - You mentioned bike as a part of the list being transported. Not bike side view mirrors. So we can't refund.

                            The worst experience with no broker. I will give zero stars for their services.
                            Because of them, I lost more than 70k.
                            I gave my flat on rent through one of nobroker's plans.
                            But when the tenant vacated my flat, he had damaged a lot of things in my flat and I was under the impression that nobroker would check the flat before returning the deposit amount. But they did nothing and I had to spend over 70k to repair the damage done by the tenant.
                            Noborker RM stopped taking my calls even if they picked up they just said they would investigate and come back but that never happened.

                              I am looking for rental property.
                              So I purchased NoBroker rental plan worth of Rs.1768.82 including GST on[protected]:30.
                              Plan details are attached herewith.
                              After purchase still I am unable to get owners contact, so continuously I am trying to contact customer care executive's, they are saying there is technical issue so I wont get owners details.
                              Same reason they are giving since I purchased plan to till date.
                              They also don't sure when this issue will get resolved, or not.
                              Impact is I am losing the properties which I had shortlisted. Also I have lost confidence on NoBroker services. I asked them for refund but they refused.
                              Pease help me to get out form this.

                                Dear Nobroker interiors team,

                                I am writing to bring to your immediate attention some significant concerns related to the ongoing project Vignesh-7783492.
                                1. Missed Deadline: The project, which commenced on July 22, 2023, was initially committed to being completed within 60 days, i.e., by September 22, 2023. Unfortunately, this timeline has not been adhered to, causing considerable inconvenience.
                                2. Canceled Housewarming Ceremony: In anticipation of the project's completion, I had scheduled a housewarming "Griha Pravesh" ceremony for October 24, 2023, and invited relatives and friends who made travel arrangements from various locations. Regrettably, due to the non-completion of the project, the "Griha Pravesh" had to be canceled, resulting in both financial loss and embarrassment.
                                3. Incompletion and Lack of Communication: Despite numerous reminders and requests to the Nobroker Interiors team, the project remains incomplete as of today. The handover has not occurred, and several outstanding works are pending.
                                4. Subpar Work Quality: The dissatisfaction with the service is exacerbated by the subpar work quality observed thus far. In light of these issues, I kindly request you to visit the site to assess the situation firsthand.
                                5. Reimbursement of not installed CNC jali in Pooja room: Pooja CNC (Rs. 46, 466.86) is not fitted
                                6. Penalties According to Policy: According to the Nobroker Interiors Policy, penalties are applicable in such cases. Please refer to the attached policy document for details. Please confirm how much is the penalty payable from Nobroker Interiors.


                                Some of the pending works are:
                                1) Locker partition in the Wardrobe not made
                                2) Cushions not fixed for the stools
                                3) Drawer handles for wardrobe
                                4) Keys for four wardrobes
                                5) Pooja room glass doors are falling as the screws are not fixed properly and very few latches are made.
                                6) Pooja CNC (Rs. 46, 466.86) is not fitted
                                7) Push to open drawers and shutters are not working. Not fixed properly.
                                8) Quality check of the entire interiors work is not done
                                9) Deep cleaning not done
                                10) Any other work that is pending that can identified during joint audit.

                                I urge you to expedite the necessary actions to address these concerns promptly. Your immediate attention to this matter is highly appreciated.
