Nobroker — Complaint Regarding Non-Refund by NoBroker Reference #EM-1016903

I had raised a refund request with NoBroker on 8th July 2024, associated with reference number #EM-1016903. Despite multiple follow-ups over email, I have not received any refund or proper response from their support team.

I received a reply from them stating that the refund would be processed within 10–15 days due to a technical issue. However, even after repeated follow-ups and more than three month of waiting, the refund has not been processed, and my recent emails remain unanswered.

This prolonged delay and lack of communication reflect extremely unprofessional behavior and have caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

I kindly request the Consumer Forum to take appropriate action against NoBroker and help facilitate an immediate resolution of my refund.
