I raised a ticket since you guys promised me a host of services for the relax plan and forced me to take the higher plan, despite not providing any of them.

A relationship manager allocated will do the following:
- Shortlist houses - I did this
- schedule visits - I did this
- talk to owners about confirming visits - i checked with her and she agreed she did this. I reached the first property and realised that the owner did not even know i was coming. Then on checking with her i realised she had not confirmed most of the visits.
- rent negotiation - A lot of my calls to your RM went unanswered so i talked to owner myself.
- In fact 1 of the owners was in california who she said she spoke to, but later confirmed she didnt speak to them. I couldnt see that property either. I infact kept calling her when i was at the property but she did not pick up.
- she said she couldnt reach a property owner for finding out if rent was negotiable of one of my top preferred properties. i called the listed number directly to find out that was the number of a Nobroker relationship manager who immediately gave me the owner's number. unfortunately, the house got rented out by then.
- the other property i asked her to find rent of got rented off in between all this wait time and chaos.
- I spent 30000 INR flying from to bangalore, not including commute and hotel expenses, on the belief your RM had done her job.
- My 1 year old baby ended up getting sick standing around in the heat outside houses waiting for security to let us in since they did not know we are coming.
- I lost out on most of the shortlisted places since your RM did not even do their job of shortlisting the houses!
- I ended up taking a house more than my budget since i was left with no time and not many options.
- I did not even use above 25 contacts which is your base plan and since I DID ALL THE WORK, the base plan would have worked perfectly for me. I took your relax plan since i wanted to save on the time and effort of doing all these menial tasks and also to ensure i dont have to roam in the hot weather and roads with my small baby, who THANKS TO YOUR TEAM, FINALLY ENDED UP GETTING SICK BECAUSE OF THE STRAIN!
I need a refund !! on top of this, I raised this issue with your team expecting professionalism but your staff also speak extremely rudely and unprofessionally and in a very insulting tone to me. I have used your platform and services many times in the past but due to this callous attitude and insulting treatment, I am raising this complaint to consumer complaints forum, and also going to be posting this on social media so no other customers get cheated by your fraudulent trade practices.
