The system hung for a bit and I got another request for payment, which I successfully paid through UPI. I had purchased the relax plan effective 26/10/2024 to 10/12/2024, as I need a 1 BHK on rent in Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune.

I have not got the house and the duration of plan (45 days) expired.
The allotted no. of 50 contacts were also not fully utilized, still 11 contacts are balance.
My experience with the RM was really miserable and pathetic. The RM was not available on call at any time.
