Incorrect Quotation: I was initially quoted approximately INR 130, 000. However, after identifying a mistake in the quote, I requested a correction, which resulted in a final amount of approximately INR 150, 000. If this was not pointed out by me against your policy it would go beyond 10-15% of the project value. Debris Removal: I was promised the removal of debris from the site at no additional cost. Now, your PM is denying this service, stating it was not included in the quote, despite the promise made by your team who disappeared after the sale was made and has no clue on what is happening on the site. False Assurances: After escalating the issues to Haseem and Gautam, I received assurances that the problems would be addressed. However, these assurances have proven to be false, handled with absolute carelessness. Poor Quality of Work: The quality of work executed is very disappointing. Despite multiple excuses and significant compromises on my part, the issues persist. ( Of which I'll share the Photos after project completion / or please visit the site and check for yourselves) Delayed Completion: The project completion date was initially stated as October 10th and extended to 20th by your PM which I agreed to compromising there as well, but it remains incomplete to date. Additional Costs: Due to multiple mistakes in the initial quote and the lack of communication within your team, I have had to bear additional costs.

Inspite of multiple escalation there team doesn't care as payment is already made. Nobody even bothered to call. They are fraud. Do not trust NoBroker.

    Delayed Rental Agreement and Police Verification Services for NRI

    This is with my disappointment, I am writing to let you know that my registered mobile number [protected] with Nobroker.

    Despite numerous attempts to follow up, I have received an update regarding the discrepancy in the rental agreement deposit amount, resulting in the rejection of my refund request.

    I wish to highlight that from the outset, I have faced challenges with the Nobroker service, which has not met my expectations. I paid ₹9, 000, a significant amount, due to your sales team's unnecessary pressure to meet targets, resulting in customer dissatisfaction and sales team making a customer buy a different plan instead of money back.

    Since the beginning, I have requested a refund due to the poor service quality and my failing my expectation . For the past three weeks, I have been trying to contact the Relationship Manager (RM) multiple times, but my calls are unanswered, and it appears my number has been blocked.

    Nobroker should have conducted basic due diligence for the high deposit and rent requirements of my locality to assist in finding a suitable tenant, but unfortunately, no support was provided. It now seems you are safeguarding your interests at the expense of my money, citing their terms and conditions.

    I request a refund of INR 9000 so I can pay the local broker who deserves compensation for successfully finding a suitable tenant. I trust that your senior management will address this issue promptly and facilitate the refund.

      Inactive Ad

      My Ad for house sale is inactive since June. I could see other ads being active but Nobroker is a pathetic company restricting my ad to go love...

      On behalf of my father, I made an online transaction of Rs 2lacs on Aug 31st whose reference no is NRP[protected].
      Till now they have not credited the amount to the benificery account.
      Every time I call, they say that amount will get credited to the beneficiary account by EOD but so far no resolution.
      Now they have blocked my number on their toll free number so it means I will not able to call them anymore.
      I am not sure what will happen to my Dad hard earned money.

        Legal service of no broker is really not upto the mark.

        This legal service of no broker is really not upto the mark. I expected some good legal reviews of the documents to be handed over in time, some good communication with Santosh, however it seems that I have to do all these documents verification myself as cooperation from the legal team Santosh is really not good. I'm not sure whether you're an actual advocate or not.

        I had finalised a property and given the token amount of Rs.10000 to nobroker for the deal. But after I talked to the owner he refused take the to-let banner down after the token to nobroker and demanded money. After I said that I had given token to Nobroker he refused to acknowledge the deal. when asked for a refund they are delaying by saying will escalate and not calling back i have been calling, emailing them since 3 weeks now.
        this is causing me a lot of inconvinience and the 30 days of refund they promised is also expiring.
        please help

            Nobroker is unethical and crooked nonprofessional team. After my paid plan has expired, they deactivated my property without informing me and won't let me post again. The horrible customer care team says it will take 6 months - 1 year to resolve the issue. I think technical team will arrive from Mars to fix the issue . It is a false promotion by Nobroker staring it's a free platform for property listings. Horrible team. Don't believe these scamsters.

              Dear Sir,

              They took 69, 000/- by providing false information about property. First they said this is a A khata property and the amount in INR. 41, 50, 000/- when i checked the documents i found that there is gift deed and there is no khata. when i asked the same the executive from no broker saying we need to apply for Khata then we will get A Khata, if the owner will apply the property amount should be INR. 44, 00, 000/- It is totally false info provided by NO Broker executives. if the property value 44 LACs they should have inform before i pay the advance amount of INR. 69, 000/-.
              My humble request is to please take an action against No Broker and help us to get my amount back.
              Before i PAY the money i was getting en number of calls saying the property is A khata I have asked this documents and they are not able to provide

              1. Mother Deed
              2. All sales Deed
              3. EC 1982 to Till date
              4. Khatha Details
              5. Layout Plan
              6. Property tax paid till date
              7. Any GP agreement

              As per NO Broker terms:
              The token amount is refundable only if the property document verification fails.
              In the event of document verification failure, NoBroker will actively assist you in finding an alternative property of equivalent value.
              As per the terms they failure to provide assist no property. Since i paid the amount on 03rd July 2024 till date i have waited no response from NO Broker. It is totally failure from No Broker company.

                After repeated calls from No broker on home loan processing, I enrolled for the same.
                I was charged -
                Rs.1, 000/- for a lawyer as advance payment.
                Rs.3000/- for valuation.
                There was no progress for 2 months from No broker after charing Rs.4000/-
                After 2 months of ordeal on the pathetic service from the No broker executive "Garima" and her
                Manager "Ashish", I decided to go to the bank directly to process my loan.
                I was denied when I wanted to get a hard copy of the valuation I had paid.
                I was scammed of Rs.4000/- with no service and repeated harassment for 2 months.

                  I have exhausted all possible (tbh little or zero CS team) customer servicing NoBroker offers. One can never imagine such a pathetic experience I have come across through NB. I opted for Relax plan from NB and finalized a property via NB and I was supposed to move in on June 30. The day I had to shift, that morning I was informed by the owner that the property I visited and finalized was not his. Apparently, I paid 20k token advance 15days ago after confirming with the RM who was assigned to me for property visit and assistance. Now, on the D day, I’m left with no home to go as the property I finalized was not owned by the owner and I don’t like the property the owner holds. It’s nowhere my mistake here. PS I have already vacated my current house and I have no alternate place to reside in. This is the worst nightmare anyone can ever imagine. Multiple attempts and try to reach out to a proper CS agent/ Supervisor miserably failed. I REPEAT HANDSDOWN NO BROKER HAS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICING CHANNEL! It's a humble request to assign a right SPOC to have this resolved sooner. Please!

                    My name is Prashant Kumar, and I recently booked a relocation service to move my household belongings from Chennai to Pune on June 20, 2024. The total cost of this booking was ₹6, 500, which included insurance coverage of ₹40, 000 and one week of free warehouse storage.
                    On June 27, I received a call from the delivery boy (contact number: +91 [protected]) asking me to receive my belongings. However, I explained that I hadn’t yet found a house in Pune and had requested one week of warehouse storage during the pickup in Chennai. This storage arrangement was also mentioned in the insurance documentation I received.
                    I specifically requested delivery on July 3, which was a Wednesday. Unfortunately, despite waiting until 7 PM on that day, I did not receive any communication from the delivery boy (+91 [protected]).
                    To resolve the issue, I contacted the booking agent (contact number: [protected]) through the No Broker app. The agent provided me with the contact details of another delivery person ([protected]), but unfortunately, those details were incorrect. Frustrated, I reached out to No Broker’s customer care, and they connected me with the same delivery agent ([protected]) who then provided the correct contact information.
                    When I spoke with the delivery boy, he assured me that he would deliver my belongings the next day. However, when I followed up, he informed me that he lacked the necessary approval to proceed. He instructed me to request the delivery agent ([protected]) to send him written confirmation (via email or message) authorizing the delivery.
                    This story keeps on repeating. I am calling No Broker to seek help because I booked through them. No Broker’s customer care only listens and tells me that they have noted my point, and they will inform the delivery agent to deliver my items tomorrow. However, until Monday, the delivery agent keeps providing me with different contact details for delivery. Then suddenly, on Monday, he starts shouting at me, blaming me for not receiving my stuff on June 27th. I asked him how I could accept the delivery when I had already booked a one-week warehouse. He replied that I shouldn’t have contacted No Broker for delivery. He refuses to deliver my items and demands 3000 rupees as warehouse charges if I want my stuff back. I questioned why I should pay for 10 days of storage.
                    I reached out to No Broker’s customer care for help, but unfortunately, they only listened and promised to get back to me. Frustrated and unable to find assistance elsewhere, I decided to pay the delivery agent the requested 3000 rupees. I knew he was defrauding me, but I felt I had no other option. He provided me with a Google Pay number (+91 [protected]) through another WhatsApp number (+91 [protected]), and I paid him. After receiving the money, he assured me that my delivery would be arranged for Thursday evening.
                    However, when I called him, he continued to promise delivery without actually delivering my items. I contacted the delivery boy to check if he had received any messages or emails from the delivery agent regarding my delivery. The delivery boy responded negatively and advised me not to pay the 3000 rupees to the delivery agent; instead, it should go to him.
                    As a newcomer in Pune, starting a new job, I feel broken by this fraud. Unfortunately, I haven’t found any help from anyone so far.

                    They altogether are doing fraud with me. Kindly Help
