Please note I was given a CPMS plan option to rent out my flat at Thane West. In the email from No Broker they had mentioned that I need to deposit 10000₹ which is purely refundable in case No broker is not able to find a tenant after one month. The money was deposited on 12th October 2020 after which my plan was activated. No broker was unable to find a tenant and rent the flat. On 11th November 2020, I got an email that my plan is deactivated after the completion of stipulated time. So I tried to call my RM and field RM but as usual could not reach them. Then I contacted No broker customer service number and I was told my problem will be resolved in 24 hrs. I have already sent an email without any response from No broker.
Will appreciate if my complaint is escalated and my entire money is returned back to me.
