Nobroker — Damage

As No Broker company has suggested, I have taken the service for the warehouse ( storage company name : we care for packers and movers ) from April 2021 to October 2022.
Recently I have shifted to Bangalore and got the Item from the storage.
I was very much disappointed after receiving the Items. I have got many damaged items.
The most disappointing thing for me is the damaged TV, which I bought in Aug 2020 at the price of Rs.50000.

I have all the detailed conversation for taking warehouse service with No Broker. Customer Reference Number: HSPM-1675554.

I have tried to connect both the company No Broker and We care packers and Movers but all in vain.

Hi Suvasish, we understand your goods were in warehouse for 18 months. However, as the damage to goods caused was in the month of October, partner denied providing compensation.
