Nobroker — Damage of goods by Movers and Packers of No Broker and no support for getting Insurance Claim

I had book the Movers and Packers Service of No Broker team for my house movement on 19th of November 2021. Before booking the service there were n number of calls from the team however once the payment was done, there was absolute zero responsiveness from the Team.

The team rigorously called and sold me the insurance policy assuring that in case of any damage, we will help you till the end to get the insurance claim.

The logistic partner who was assigned to me was very unprofessional in handling the goods. It damaged lot of goods including some spiritual idols and precious awards. They seemed to be working for the very first time. After the movement completition I was very disappointed with the level of damage the did. I lodged the Insurance claim. The Insurance team asked for lot of documents which were required from No Broker's end. However the Team didn't respond to my mails calls and mesgs and never shared those details, due to which I'm deprived of my Insurance Claim.

I want no brokers team to make good my loss.
