No brokers dealing with me as a client is not done... and this cannot be the way a reputed company and its representatives have to beheave.
I would like to highlight step wise processes in which I got misled.
1. While booking my courier, No broker was being told by me that my all household items were getting packed.
2. Including Kitchen glass crockery, Kitchen utensils, Clothes, shoes and home decorative items.
3. No broker team insisted on having insurance done for almost Rs 4, 500/- for a declared amount of 1.70 lacs..
Upon believing your words and no broker team's politeness and customer centric behavior I paid Rs 4, 500/- towards insurance.
Upon receiving the courier, observed a few Kitchen glass items and decorative items were broken / damaged... and the insurance surveyor upon his visit to my home gave an estimate of Rs 30000 to 35, 000/- worth items claimable.
Iffco Tokio has rejected the claim informing, glass items are not covered under insurance policy and said the same has been mentioned in the agreement form.
The point that I want to highlight now is when no broker team knew the items getting packed included Kitchen glass items which are fragile and remaining items will anyways not get damaged. I strongly feel I was being cheated because you knew beforehand that only glass items can damage and it wouldn't get insurance claimed.
It Seems, No broker took advantage of my blind trust on them. Now i strongly feel cheated and it cannot be this way of having the business transaction completed with utmost dis-Satisfaction.
