Nobroker — Damage to WC during bathroom cleaning service

I availed the premium bathroom cleaning services.
The person appointed for the job did a terrible job and ruined the bathroom fittings and the entire interior bowl in one of my WC's by using some rough steel scrubber on it.

In addition to that they left the bathroom soapy and wet and were packed up before we could check the work. They left the bathroom cabinet dirty and were using a very dirty microfibre cloth to wipe everything.
I have written emails to them and also have tried raising issue on the application but haven’t received any response.
Hope to get the issue addressed at the earliest.
