Nobroker — Deactivated paid plan without intimation no action despite 20+ complaints

I purchased a paid plan from NoBroker on 02 July 2025, allowing me to view 25 owner contacts over a 3-month validity period. However, within just 25 days, my account was deactivated without any prior notice, email, or reason provided.

Since then, I have made more than 30 calls to NoBroker’s customer support team. Each time, I was promised reactivation “soon” — but even after repeated follow-ups, the service has not been restored, nor has any refund or formal explanation been offered.

This is a clear case of:
Deficiency in service
Unfair trade practice
Mental harassment
NoBroker has failed to deliver the services paid for, and their team continues to offer false assurances without resolution.
