[Resolved]  Nobroker — Delayed Rental Agreement and Police Verification Services for NRI

I, Pranav, paid for multiple services from NoBroker, including their Owner Plan, Rental Agreement Creation, and Police Intimation services, with payments made on 14th August 2024 and 14th September 2024, totaling ₹20, 156.86. Despite making the full payment and following up multiple times, the services have not been delivered as promised, and I have been left in a legally vulnerable situation.

Here are the details of the payments:

Owner Plan Payment: ₹6, 960.82 paid on 14th August 2024.
Rental Agreement Creation: ₹11, 697.04 paid on 14th September 2024.
Police Intimation: ₹1, 499.00 paid on 14th September 2024.
Despite these payments, the rental agreement and police verification processes have not been completed, which has caused significant delays and risks, especially as I am an NRI managing my property remotely. NoBroker has failed to provide the services within a reasonable timeframe, and their lack of response to my escalation attempts has left me with no choice but to seek compensation and legal action.

I am seeking:

Immediate completion of the pending services.
A full refund of ₹20, 156.86 for the undelivered services.
Compensation for the delays and the inconvenience caused.
