[Resolved]  Nobroker — Didn't provided the service after charging INR 25,000

I have a apartment in Bangalore for Rent and approached Nobroker for 1 year NRI property management service which includes dedicated relationship manager to handle the property for showing for potential tenant, Rental Agreement, background verification and providing the updates on the property quarterly.
I have paid INR 25, 000 in October, 2023 and they have got a tenant in first week of January 2024. From 1st of week of January 2024, I have made several calls/several emails to arrange the rental agreement to all the relationship managers.
I am getting response saying someone will reach to you in 15 mins and no one calls or no communication. I am frustrated with Nobroker.

I need help in registering the case against Nobroker for fraud and cheating. As they have took INR 25, 000 and didn't provide the service which have agreed upon.

Please help me how to move forward on this isue.
