For My flat, NoBroker had already done the rental-agreement in past.

While putting up the advertisement on behalf of me under a refundable-pan, they intentionally set the incorrect SQ.FT.

When I found the tenant out-side of NoBroker, they are supposed to refund. But they did not & rejection reason is - SQ FT Mismatch.

With attached screenshots, you can get the idea on the rejection.
And you can also get the idea that, they know exact sq-ft by providing me rental-agreement-service for the same flat.

    Dear Customer Complaint Website Team,

    I am writing to report a distressing incident involving unauthorized transactions on my IndusInd Bank-issued credit card on Nobroker Technologies Solution. Recently, I received a call from the number +[protected] soliciting feedback on my latest credit card and discussing credit limit updates. Subsequently, I received another call from +[protected] claiming to be the bank's helpline, offering to increase my credit card limit and redeem welcome rewards.

    During this call, I was directed to a website, https://claimrewardsponits.website/indusind, where I was asked to enter my card details due to purported server issues preventing direct processing by the bank. Unfortunately, upon entering my details, an unauthorized transaction amounting to Rs 193, 138.8 occurred instantly, due to autofill OTP policy on Nobroker Technologies Solution at 2:33:34pm.

    I have already blocked my card to prevent further unauthorized transactions. However, I am deeply concerned about the security lapse that led to this incident and the subsequent financial loss.

    I request your urgent assistance in investigating this matter and recovering the funds lost due to this fraudulent activity. Please advise on the necessary steps I should take to ensure my account's security moving forward.

      I brought nobroker freedom plan because I have to find a house within 15 days, but I'm not able to get owner number when I called customer care they are telling it's a technical issue, and not telling how many hours it will take, but when I searched online I saw many people are facing the same issue.
      The plan is non refundable, whats the use of the buying the plan if I'm not able to get owner's contact number.
      If they were having technical issue they should have mentioned it before payment, it's a fraud taking money and not providing services

        I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against NoBroker, an online real estate service provider, regarding their failure to deliver the promised services and their refusal to process a refund. The details of my complaint are as follows:

        Lack of Disclosure of Terms and Conditions:
        I subscribed to a service package from NoBroker, during which no terms and conditions were disclosed to me. The sales representatives failed to provide or explain the terms related to the service, refund policy, or any other critical aspects. This lack of transparency constitutes a significant breach of fair business practices.

        High-Pressure Sales Tactics:
        NoBroker's sales team persistently pressured me to make the payment, leading me to proceed without a full understanding of the service terms. This coercive behavior is both unprofessional and unethical.

        Failure to Deliver Promised Services:
        Despite subscribing to a package that included a money-back guarantee, NoBroker has been unsuccessful in finding a suitable property for me. The service has proven to be ineffective and of no value to me, and the money-back guarantee should be honored.

        GST Charges with No Claiming Option:
        I have been charged GST on the payment made to NoBroker, but there appears to be no mechanism for claiming or benefiting from this tax charge. This further adds to my dissatisfaction with their service.

        Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly with NoBroker, they have refused to process my refund, citing reasons that are unacceptable and unsubstantiated. Therefore, I am seeking your intervention to resolve this issue.

        Resolution Sought:
        I request a full refund of my payment from NoBroker due to their failure to deliver the promised services and the lack of transparency regarding the terms and conditions. The service has been of no use to me, and I believe my hard-earned money should be refunded.

        I have attached copies of relevant documents, including payment receipts, communication records with NoBroker, and any other pertinent information, for your reference.

        I trust that your esteemed office/platform will take prompt and appropriate action to address my complaint and ensure that such unfair practices are rectified.

          I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my recent booking with your agency. Despite having made the payment and received a confirmation, I have not received any updates about my booking. This lack of communication is causing me significant inconvenience.

          I have attempted to contact the customer service team multiple times through phone and email but have not received any satisfactory response or update on the status of my booking.

          At the day of pickup, when we called them to enquire about their arrival, they said that the booking is not yet confirmed and we have to cancel the booking. Even after we said to them that we took the day off for this shifting purpose, they were not at all concerned about our precious time and hard earned money. All the say was cancel the booking. This has cost a huge loss in time of our day. The mental stress handling due this inconvenience is beyond expressable.

            Hi Team,

            I have taken a owner Plan- CPMS by doing payment on 29th May 2024.

            The plan by explained by Relationship Manager Vignesh.

            After doing the payment, neither my property is listed on No Broker website nor Vignesh is picking up my call. I have made the complaint earlier as well to [protected]@nobroker.in but there is no response.

            Still my property is inactive after 1 week of the payment.

            I request you to refund my payment.

              Hi,
              My Name is Venkatesh. I've booked a separate vehicle (payment was done in accordance) for shifting my luggage from Bangalore to Hyderabad. The luggage, as agreed by both parties, was parked in Bangalore warehouse on 14th May and was supposed to shifted to Hyderabad later. I was asked a tentative date, which I've given as 01Jun2024, for reference. A mail confirmation was sent in accordance. In the call, they mentioned "tentative date" and not the "actual date"

              I was supposed to inform NoBroker, 3 days in advance for the luggage to start. I've informed NoBroker on 23rd May evening regarding the same via phone and sent an email as well. Till date the luggage has not been delivered. Each time they come up with some random excuses like vehicle not available, its raining outside, vehicle breakdown at kurnool town, vehicle will reach your location tonight and so on.

              I continuously ask them to reply me back on my mails. I send them mails asking for status update. None of them get any response.

I've put my kid in his grandmother home in warangal, so that we can settle down and he need not get into this dust allergy kind of stuff. Its more than 2 weeks already and he is getting dull since we're not with him.

              I want the package to be delivered today so that I can settle down fast. I don't understand why I paid for separate vehicle and still the luggage is not able to get delivered. Please refer to attachments for call and email/chat history.

              Today they delivered the goods. However the changed my bike's mirrors. When I ask for original items these are the replies I got

              Delivery executive - I don't know. I'm only a delivery person. Anyways I'll fix it with some other random bikes mirrors. Live with it

                The worst experience with no broker. I will give zero stars for their services.
                Because of them, I lost more than 70k.
                I gave my flat on rent through one of nobroker's plans.
                But when the tenant vacated my flat, he had damaged a lot of things in my flat and I was under the impression that nobroker would check the flat before returning the deposit amount. But they did nothing and I had to spend over 70k to repair the damage done by the tenant.
                Noborker RM stopped taking my calls even if they picked up they just said they would investigate and come back but that never happened.

                  I am looking for rental property.
                  So I purchased NoBroker rental plan worth of Rs.1768.82 including GST on[protected]:30.
                  Plan details are attached herewith.
                  After purchase still I am unable to get owners contact, so continuously I am trying to contact customer care executive's, they are saying there is technical issue so I wont get owners details.
                  Same reason they are giving since I purchased plan to till date.
                  They also don't sure when this issue will get resolved, or not.
                  Impact is I am losing the properties which I had shortlisted. Also I have lost confidence on NoBroker services. I asked them for refund but they refused.
                  Pease help me to get out form this.

                    Dear Nobroker interiors team,

                    I am writing to bring to your immediate attention some significant concerns related to the ongoing project Vignesh-7783492.
                    1. Missed Deadline: The project, which commenced on July 22, 2023, was initially committed to being completed within 60 days, i.e., by September 22, 2023. Unfortunately, this timeline has not been adhered to, causing considerable inconvenience.
                    2. Canceled Housewarming Ceremony: In anticipation of the project's completion, I had scheduled a housewarming "Griha Pravesh" ceremony for October 24, 2023, and invited relatives and friends who made travel arrangements from various locations. Regrettably, due to the non-completion of the project, the "Griha Pravesh" had to be canceled, resulting in both financial loss and embarrassment.
                    3. Incompletion and Lack of Communication: Despite numerous reminders and requests to the Nobroker Interiors team, the project remains incomplete as of today. The handover has not occurred, and several outstanding works are pending.
                    4. Subpar Work Quality: The dissatisfaction with the service is exacerbated by the subpar work quality observed thus far. In light of these issues, I kindly request you to visit the site to assess the situation firsthand.
                    5. Reimbursement of not installed CNC jali in Pooja room: Pooja CNC (Rs. 46, 466.86) is not fitted
                    6. Penalties According to Policy: According to the Nobroker Interiors Policy, penalties are applicable in such cases. Please refer to the attached policy document for details. Please confirm how much is the penalty payable from Nobroker Interiors.


                    Some of the pending works are:
                    1) Locker partition in the Wardrobe not made
                    2) Cushions not fixed for the stools
                    3) Drawer handles for wardrobe
                    4) Keys for four wardrobes
                    5) Pooja room glass doors are falling as the screws are not fixed properly and very few latches are made.
                    6) Pooja CNC (Rs. 46, 466.86) is not fitted
                    7) Push to open drawers and shutters are not working. Not fixed properly.
                    8) Quality check of the entire interiors work is not done
                    9) Deep cleaning not done
                    10) Any other work that is pending that can identified during joint audit.

                    I urge you to expedite the necessary actions to address these concerns promptly. Your immediate attention to this matter is highly appreciated.

                        I want to express dissatisfaction with the recent furniture work carried out by your team. Despite our patience and a waiting period of 20 days, the end result is far from satisfactory. The defects in the wardrobe are numerous and unacceptable:

                        Lack of Finishing: The wardrobe lacks proper finishing, leaving it incomplete and unrefined.

                          In order to get a rented house on 25th May, I purchased Nobroker Relax plan from Shriya, on 17th May, 2024.

                          I was assigned an Relationship Manager, Manjunath, who called me on 17th May evening and told me he will shortlist properties in the next hour. After that, nothing was done, 18th and 19th he was on leave and 20th I called him in the morning, he said he will shortlist properties but no reply.

                          I tried to get owner contact details but my mobile number and email are purposefully wrongly updated and inspite of sending mails and making calls they are not updating up correct email, probably because most updates on their website are old conctact where flats are already gone on rent.

                          this website is a fraud and needs investigation.

                          They just want to fool people in need and usurp their money. i Paid 7499+gst for this pathetic service.

                          1., by updating their wrong contact details, in my case, mobile nos and email, both r updated wrongly, so that they don't receive owners contacts .
                          2. Relationship manager doesn't care, and doesn't bother to call even after 3 days, has a casual attitude ... Literally like ... #### you .

                          I want a full refund for lack of service . Else I won't even hesite to drag you to court .

                              I was sold Super Relax Plan by NoBroker sales person on the promise of a full refund if I get a rented property not from NoBroker. After I paid for the plan, they assigned me a relationship manager who was useless. It was me who was searching and shortlisting the properties, which was actually his job. And he did even call me form his end which agin was his job. I had to call everytime.

                              Somehow I got the property of interest directly from one of the owners not associated to NoBroker. I asked for refund, and they rejected saying that it is possible only in Money Back Plan. I reiterated that I was sold the Super Relax Plan by the sales executive (Ms. Anupama) saying that Refund is applicable in this as well. It is available in the call records. But the Greivance Officer said that he investigated all the conversations, and he did not find any such promise by her. I requested to provide the call records for my confirmation.                               They charged me Rs.8898 along with GST and now they are not fulfilling the promise. Its a case of pure FRAUD by NoBroker.

                                We have paid for packers and movers service through NoBroker on April24th2024 and team has enquired for details and agreed for a amount and asked us to pay advance of INR3000

                                Before day of pickup we have called multiple times for inspection but NB team didnt respond to our request, night before day of pick up after multiple attempts NB team has shared Pickup team details.

                                During pickup team has not raised any concern on items to pickup or informed us about change of pricing, once Items were picked and moved to warehouse NB team and Pickup team started blackmailing us saying items are more and we need to pay 100% to get our items delivered.

                                NB team has shown perfect unprofessionalism in providing service and cornering customers by holding goods and asking to pay excess amount

                                  We have paid no broker for the following services
                                  Khata transfer + Tax Assesment + Electric meter name transfer 2POA

                                  Booked by - (AK Bansal ) [protected]

                                  We have book this service on 21 Jan 2024 mail document attached and after non delivering of services we have ask to refund our amount. We have spoken to Hemanth Kumar, Prabhanshu Kumarm, Ujwal and M.karthik but after multiple follow up and call they come on call or send a mail.

                                  No Broker has confirm on mail that they will refund the money in 7 to 8 working and I have attached mail where you can see mail dated on 9th March 2024 from Prabhanshu Kumarm and when the date passed he not only not taking our call and stop replaying the mail. Then after lot of follow up on mail and call Mr. Hemanth Kumar has come as stated due to year end allow us some more time we will transfer the money. (Mail dated - @6-March-2024) again we have waited and again follow up multiple time we got a replay due to system error delay has happening.

                                    Place a booking for moving the household items, service must be given on[protected]. despite of giving the service, there is no response from nobroker. it made me to book another partner to carryout the movement of goods.

                                      Hi,
                                      I took the costliest membership with no brokers, relaxed plan. However despite my numerous complaint and calls to customer care, my assigned relation manager (Aneem a) has not contacted even once.
                                      I have repeatedly requested the relation manager for call back, but no calls attempted. I am a respected government gazetted officer and i am actually finding it so strange to see such unprofessionalism action on part of no broker. I am not in any mood to continue with such a firm whom i just can not trust. Please see the history as how man call me even once. I do not want to tarnish the firm on social media but request to refine your process.
                                      I strongly request to refund my amount and please take action against such relation manager who are putting down the reutation of the firm.

                                        Hi
                                        I requested for the AC installation through NoBroker App, Booking id HS[protected], paid Amount Rs. 1, 748. Technician attended, and after seeing, he asked to get AC Service and asked to take more accessories so that they can make more money. I disagreed and asked to cancel the installation. Technician left the house by saying he is unable to get customer care or can cancel from the app.

                                        Beside many calls and nobroker chat, i am not getting my refund. Looks like they is no proper resolution model for cancellations and refunds in the app and customer care number.
