I have taken Rent Agreement and Police verification service from No Broker on 29th My, i am following up with them from last few days to have my register agreement completed but from last few days they are tossing me from here and there and not serving we, please help in getting my money refunded as they are not in position to serve

NoBroker has made unauthorized credit card transactions on my card today.I got a call from a lady from NoBroker on behalf of icici and mentioned that amount will be reveresed but nothing has been done till now....

I have opted nobroker rental agreement service and paid for next day delivery its been 4 days and they haven't updated on anything and also called multiple times to their customer service and they have only one thing to say that they have escalated the issue.

After 3rd day I got fed-up and asked them to refund my money but still getting the same reply but no update...

I have been keep on recieving sms and email on continuous basis from Nobroker app, which is not even relevant to me, kindly stop sending me any kind of suggestions related to properties.

My inbox has been completely filled with no broker sms, around 5-10 sms daily.

Please stop any kind of communication to my number, also kind give some option on the app itself to opt in for the sms service...

NoBroker took Rs.10, 000 as token from me before sharing owner’s details and then once I got the owner details, I met the owner and finalised the deal. However, the 10, 000 was not deducted from the deal amount because NoBroker never forwarded the amount to the owner, nor did it refund it to me.
I have been calling them for 2 weeks now, they keep deferring my call and not attending to it....

I have purchased a buyer assisted plan with NoBroker by paying Rs.1769 through their app. I am not getting property deals other than the ones available on their app for free. I'm not happy with their service and asked for cancellation and refund. Noe they are saying it’s non-refundable plan which they did not mention anywhere. They are cheating customer without disclosing this information upfront. I need your help in getting my money refunded....

1. Wardrobe which is fixed, has lock issue, with lock also it was opening plus it has large spacing issue between, they took 4 months back, not installed in Feb, I went to native they told once i back for few days they will do. I came back for few days after initial intimation, still not done. Just giving excuses.

2. Bed, which is not as per size, and has hudrolic issue, when asked its due to size they saying, but is size issue...

Hello, Need your support. On 17th April, 2023 I got message 20, 000 Rs. Debited from Axis Bank credit Card. Which I didn't do any transaction. My Interior work was supposed to be finished by 28th February 2023 as per the written deadline given to me by the sales team. But still by today some of the work is still pending.

Go ahead with NoBroker movers and packers if you need to stress yourself.

On move date both Moving partner and customer service will not respond to your calls. They have no respect for customer time.

If you have paid any amount forget about the token amount. Looks like they are surviving on this free revenue....
