Nobroker — employment with no broker

I am an ex employee of no broker and ashamed of ever having worked there. I quit the organisation because of how ruthlessly they treat their employees. Eversince i started my career, i've not seen such an unorganised company with low class mentality managers. They not only cheat and lie to customers but also exploit their employees. Specially the managers abhay omprakash gosai and hari krishna from builders channel team. There are endless number of employees who have experienced the same. The company & these managers are crooks… they eat up the employee's salary for unnecessary reasons inspite of all the efforts made by the employee. They don't even communicate with respect to employees as if we are their slaves. Even the team leads in the organisation are not treated with respect in front of their subordinates, that itself explains alot. These two managers abhay and hari are the ones who make their own rules regarding employee attendance and salary, and helpless employees have no other option but to listen to it just cause they need a job and salary is required to run a family. Seeking an hr assistance within no broker is of no point because they only go by the management's word. No place for employees in this organisation …. It's slavery. Attendence parameters changed thrice in the three months that i worked there. The employees salaries are promised to be fixed salaries but eventually they end up getting less than a commision based income. Its a gamble…they don't even pay what is promised to the employee…. I have never heard of a company deducting money from the employee's basic salary just for very silly things… penalties which are never informed to the employee at the time of joining and these deductions come up as a surprise after one joins the company. There are unnecessary deductions on payslips while those benefits are not even provided to the employee. A batchmate who had 6 deaths in his family within a span of 2 weeks, wasn't even given bereavement leave and that period was marked as absent for him… this is just one example of how ruthless the no broker management and hr are.

Incentives are purposely paid late so that when the employee decides to leave the company they are told that incentives will not be paid, even though those efforts were put and earned the previous months. Unnecessary recruitments are happening for no broker company when they don't even know how to treat or keep their existing employees satisfied. They are extremely unfair with the employees.
