I have received a call stating that my card is single microchip enabled one and it needs to be cancelled and a new card is issued. Then the person asked for the last 4 digit number and i shared it. They said the verification has got completed. Then the person ask for the information about the card to credit the existing rewards points to the new sbi credit card. The executive have my card information "exp date and card number of 4 digits, and take ivr services for verify the card cvv number and otp and swipe to transactions for no brokers technologies _24240 and other trx for 16160 rupees, and total outstanding in my is 40, 400, after i realized that it is fake call then i block my cards and raised dispute on sbi card initiated with sr no.[protected]. This is happened on 10 th september 2020 at 12.43 pm. Kindly look into the issue at the earliest.

I have received one more call from the sbi cards stating another 30000 is transferred to no brokers.Requesting your quick action to resolve the issue at the earliest and credit back the amount to my account as soon as possible.please refund the amount within 7 days.i have no other option to make it.

i have not received any response from no broker officials, even though they notified me that their representatives will contact me for the resolution of issue.

    I registered my property for rent on no broker on 27th july and i received minimum 5 calls in a day asking to go for paid plans and it gives quick results in finding a tenant etc. Finally i paid 7000/- and took no broker money back plan on 31st july. From that moment onwards i didnt receive a single call from your team. I had to chase and ask for the progress. First sandeep was assigned as relationship manager and then it was changed to deepak. After no succesful leads from no broker, i finally managed to find a tenant myself on 24th august via some other agents who i had to pay additionally. I found this tenant on the same rent amount as communicated to no broker. I have shared the rental agreement copy with deepak on 27th aug. I havent received my refund till date. Please help here.

      Hi, i am shoaeb attar, pune, have taken the commercial owner moneyback plan and it is already expired on the 31th august 2020. As there was no rental client done through my relationship manager mr. Immanuel prasad and my previous relationship manager ms. Rashmi hedge, assigned by nobroker in the stipulated period of the plan i. E 60 days, the plan was taken in guidance of mr. Nikhil prakash of the marketing team of nobroker.

      They didn't process my refund, the amount of rs.6670/- as per plans terms & conditions after deducting rs.999/- of gst from amount rs.7660/- value of the commercial moneyback plan as informed and email sent to me by mr. Nikhil prakash marketing team. I have also noted them that i am not interested in extending the said plan for any further period.

      I have been calling and mailing nobroker since then to process the refund but not getting any response nor i have received any email or sms from nobroker that my plan is finished no rental party has been assigned from nobroker so we are refunding the amount.

      Now i am in state to make a consumer complaint alongwith a cybercrime complaint because my above payment was also deducted from my credit card through their paytm service without otp and without sending me any payment request from my previous relationship manager ms. Rashmi hegde and that was the reason my relationship manager was changed in the middle of my plan.

      Mr. Nikhil prakash of marketing team has the knowledge of the same and i am having all email conversations with him regarding the same with his apology and all call records with apologies from nobroker's customer executive for the same.

      I will take further necessary actions soon if my issue is not resolved soon.

        I have taken money back plan for rs 7668 on may 31st, 2020 nobroker assigned me a relationship manager his name is sangamesh, he didn't find any tentants for 1month in the first week of july he said due to not finding any tenants, initiating the full refund amount for rs 7668 and i said ok, after several follow-ups he initiated only rs 2556 in the aug month after that i make so many calls to customer support and sent mails n number of times, no one is giving proper solution, nobroker has cheated me with rs 5112. You are loosing business because of this cheated issue. Here are the details.

          I posted ad to rent out a property on nobroker.com around 28th of august and since then everyday at least 5-6 times i used to get followup calls from sales team to opt for some paid subscriptions which will help find tenant sooner. I finally agreed to opt for money back plan on july 1st, 2020 and did the payment of rs. 7668.82 inclusive of gst.

          As per terms and conditions of refund policy nobroker is supposed to refund the above amount if they are not able to provide me with tenant within 60 days i. E within 30th august, 2020 and this has to be claimed within a week of plan expiry.

          They have failed to give me tenant as agreed and also once the plan expired, they have become non-responsive to all kinds of communications and have been evading.

          When i call up customer care, they say i will get call back from concerned team and i have received none until today. (I did not even receive the calls when the service was active too).

          When i send mails, they say they will forward to concerned team and they will do the needful. Nothing is done until today.

          They have this whatsapp group, where they see my conversations to initiate refund and yet they do not have any professional courtesy of responding.

          It appears like latest fraud trend, where you get money to provide service and not even provide 10% of service and when customers are upset, just escape. Nobroker is the leader of all.

          I regret for opting nobroker services and i am never going to recommend for any sort of services they provide. I will rather pay double the amount for direct guys. Local brokers are okay, at least they have professional ethics. Please find attached images below for references and i can share call recordings if that is necessary

          Request to raise complaint on nobroker to initiate my refund money of rs. 7668.82.

              I shipped my shipment from bangalore to my hometown patiala. For getting my order they promised to deliver with in 14 days.
              And my suffering began from that day since they will not call you or follow up with you but its your responsibility to check with them and their packers and mover partner.
              After multiple follow upswith them and their packers and movers partner my shipment got delivered after 40 days. Also it was not at all due to covid but because their packers and mover partner forgot me to ask for my adhaar card. And when i enquired multiple times he said they are not able to verify my id and he was informing this after a month. During this whole month nobroker movement manager was saying that my shipment is on the way and can reach anytime. Neither their partner nor nobroker's movement manager reached out to me for the id proo[censored]ntil i called them and asked for the delay.
              In this whole process i wasted a lot of time and had to spend money on some of the essential items (Had to buy some stuff which is redundant now) which were part of the shipment.
              They charge premium fees and there is nothing premium about their services.
              I want full refund of my packers and mover fees as there was an agreement that my shipment will be delivered in 14 days. Now since they failed to deliver it on time and i had to suffer because of their incompetency.

                  No broker customer care executive enrolled me for freedom plan in april 2020.While enrolling he told me to pay 1.80 paisa and remaining amount will be paid when plan starts.The plan will start when lockdown is over in Mumbai.He gave me false information about number of flats available in kharghar sector 10 with 2 bhk, covered car parking, semi furnished and with swimming pool and gym under inr 22000 per month incl maintainance.He told me after taking plan i can see gated security flats with premium filter option availability .However after taking plan there were no flats in this criteria.He also told that i can withdraw plan if it is not ok.He gave me email in writing.Later on i emailed for plan unsubsription as there were no such flats.I.called their customer care several times to stop subscription as plan didnt started.However no one responded and also admitted that i cant get such.flat within.that criteria.
                  I observed that my credit card was charged on 29 july 2020 with inr 1177+ some amount.I told them to reverse or provide me flat but.no one turned up.I would.like to claim my money along with.10 percent.interest for.mental harasment and false promises.Please file complain against no.broker for pathetic service and foolish customer care service.

                    They say they will transfer the rent to landlord instantly, but its the 4th day and still the payment is not initiated.
                    Everytime i try to contact them, they will say they need 48 hours to check.
                    I think they own a time machine which they have used to stop their time, because its 48 hours even after 3 days or maybe they want to say 48 days or maybe months.

                    Hi Vivek, payment is kept on hold when the transaction is marked suspicious as per the system & the payee is unable to provide us with a valid rental agreement.                     Update : They deducted 500 rupees and refunded my amount after harassing me for 4 days.
                    The reason they gave is that the rental agreement is not valid as the rent mentioned is not matching with the rent i paid. Can someone teach these illiterates that 15000 rent + 1500 maintenance is equal to 16500.
                    I guess a kid can do the maths but these so called verification department guys can't.

                            I have paid 13600 to nobroker for paid service to sale my flat.
                            In paid plan they are mentioned below things.
                            1. Will assign field manager which he has never contacted.
                            2. Will take photos and make video of property for promotion. Still not taken any photos.
                            3. Relation manager always remain in our contact and he has not contacting. If we tried to contact him then he never available.
                            4. They made lots of promises but not completing single promise.

                              Hi,
                              My payment has been held on hold because one of your systems identified the transaction as suspicious and asked me to submit the bill. I asked my lanlord, he said he couldn't provide the bill to me. So, I asked you to reverse the transaction without any charges and I told you not to charge me with 2% and didn't authroize to deduct the amount. But, you charged with (1+2)% of the paid amount. I have a few questions for them to answer:

                              1) you charged me with 1% amount for transaction as a service charge. Just because you haven't completed the transaction, I don't that you have any right to charge me with same 1%.
                              2) you have marked my transaction as suspicious, suspicious implies doubtful. Just because you are doubtful about something. It doesn't give you the right to charge with additional 2%. You have every right to deny the service to me, but you don't have any right to charge me for the same. It is like guilty until proven innocent. Just because I couldn't able to provide the bill to you doesn't make the transaction non genuine. You can charge additional 2% and make the transaction move forward. But for reversing you cannot charge me with additional 2%. It is like you have been travelling in a train and somebody pulled the chain and ticket collector charged you with 1000rs just because he is suspicious about you.
                              3) if you don't want any of your customers not to make a transaction without a bill. Then there has to be a compulsory option to attach a bill to move the transaction forward. It is like you want customers without bill to make a transaction, so that you can charge them.
                              4) Your terms and conditions doesn't make any sense to me.
                              I mailed you the same but I don't get any response from you.

                                On august 1st 2020 i used nobroker movers and packers to shift from nikoo homes-1 bhartiya city to footprints, chokannahali as it was the cheapest option i could find for local movement in bangalore. My customer reference no : hspm-861775

                                They assigned a movement partner - aksa alliya packers and movers. (Babu: [protected]) and assured me that the movement experience will be good and insurance is not required for such a short distance. Trusting what i heard, i booked the service without insurance.

                                Apart from the horrendous movement experience, a few glaring highlights
                                - the booking as communicated by nobroker on call was for 3 helpers + 1 driver. The movement partner arrived with 6 people total out of which 1 person was mentally disabled. (This was admitted by movement partner after being summoned to police station for questioning post reporting theft of items)

                                - after payment was done to nobroker, the vendor named babu was furious that it was not done directly to him and proceed to verbally harass me over the phone while his labours waited in the new society i just moved into. After calling nobroker customer care (+91-[protected]) and post a gruelling hour later, the issue was resolved.

                                - a week after cleaning the mess they made and rearranging things i have discovered that thefts have taken place during the movement. Total amount of goods stolen is amounting to almost rs 30, 000. Most expensive stolen item is a smartphone: nokia 7 plus, i have the box and bill but phone has vanished, and a wonderboom bluetooth speaker. On contacting nobroker, they were quick to shift the blame to me for not personally carrying valuables but after explaining to them that a used phone in a box in my wardrobe was not as important as cash or jewellery at that time, they quickly shifted the blame to the movement partner for legal action.

                                - police complaint registered in sampegahalli police station against the movement partner. Lost article (La) report no. 094843/2020 on 07/08/2020 for the missing phone as it is the only thing that can be tracked by police. Movement partner and labours involved were summoned to police station on 09/08/2020 for questioning. No desirable outcome achieved.

                                Desirable resolution is for nobroker to be held responsible for misleading customers with false promises and taking zero accountability for thefts and reimbursement for the total amount of goods stolen either from nobroker or the movement partner. I can provide box and bill of everything that is stolen as proof of ownership.

                                Received call from NoBroker team today (September 1st 2020) According to them, this is the first time such a case has happened with a customer since they started their business and their reply was to wait for Police to track the stolen phone before proceeding further. They did not inform what resolution they would provide even after asking and Since those summoned to Police Station were clearly informed what would happen if the phone is switched on and found with them, there is high possibility that they may have already destroyed it or thrown it somewhere else by now. Highly doubt that there will be any resolution from NoBroker or their Movement Partner for this theft that has taken place.

                                  Hello everyone dont use nobroker app it has hold my 40000+ rs since 5 days and they are not refunding the amount and customer service people are not responding and they wont respond to email as well nobroker app is cheating the customers, it is [protected]% fake app many people are struggling with this app indian govt should ban this app

                                    I purchased the relax plan of nobroker to rent out my flat. But after payment, nobroker had not helped to rent out my property. No fruitful efforts made to rent out properrty.

                                    Still have not received any phone call or help from your concerned team. How long do I need to wait? You should not betray customers after that have made payment to get service from NoBroker for rent of property. Zero Tenant lead.

                                      I have paid rent using credit card last month with no broker and was successful. Again this month I repeated the same transaction but asked for documents for verification. I have submitted all the documents including police noc but NO Broker has rejected the transaction and charged fees and refunded the balance amount. I want to escalate this issue badly as no one answering or getting back to me regarding this. Only they have sent me one message regarding the charges and refund. I am staying with my dad on rental basis and paying rent. Agreement already in my dad's name.

                                      Shailesh, we would like to inform you as the Rental Agreement provided by you was not valid (As per RA owner name is ""Shettygar sharada"" but as per database owner name is "" Guruprasad G Shettigar Varija C Kavoor"" and tenant name as per RA ""Pujari shekhar thoma"" but as per database tenant name is ""Shailesh Poojari"" hence names are not matching) so due to suspicious transactions we were unable to process your payment.                                       I guess some unprofessional people hired by no broker as I have already mentioned the whole scenario to Escalation team. Once again will explain here:
                                      Owner name - Shettygar sharada
                                      POA - Varija Kavoor (to whom rental payment made - joint bank account name)
                                      Tenant name - Shekhar Pujari (father's name)
                                      As per database my name mentioned as I am making payment on behalf of my father.

                                      Kindly go through the agreement as everything mentioned clearly, also as per database I have mentioned name as per payment details.

                                      If still not clear then I have to reach to your Grievance and Redressal Team.

                                      Nothing suspicious about the transaction and the agreement.

                                        We had posted our property add on no broker site. After which multiple call had come to me regarding upgrading of my property by paying 3500 rs to get tenant faster. So i paid and bought their plan on 16th august which is only 45 days plan. I was provided with relationship manager whose number was given but she is not responding us. After multiple calls to their call centre only once she replied and was rude and very badly behaved. Its been 7 day from that till then no one is contacting us and on our calls they are either rude or they disconnect our calls.
                                        If they cannot find tenant they should return our money back as this way they are cheating and enacting innocent people money. This is clear fraud.
                                        I don't care what's their matter i would request them to return my. Money back. We don't care about their poor services.
