I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by your company.
At the time of enrollment, I was assured that there were ample and suitable options available in my area and that the service would meet my requirements. Based on these assurances, I proceeded with the payment of a substantial amount. However, once the payment was made, the level of service drastically declined.
Subsequently, communication from your team became inconsistent, and the commitments made earlier were either reversed or disregarded entirely. I was then informed of various rules and regulations that were never clearly disclosed prior to payment and which do not align with the plan that was originally presented to me.
This experience has been extremely disappointing and feels misleading. Making promises to secure payment and then failing to deliver the agreed service reflects poorly on your organization and undermines customer trust.
I request an immediate clarification of my service status and a resolution to this matter at the earliest. Failing this, I will be compelled to escalate the issue through appropriate consumer grievance channels.
