[Resolved] Nobroker — Fraud Transaction on My Credit Card | |||
Hi- I had opted for Money Back Plan from Nobrokers to sell my Flat in Bangalore on 20th Apr 20 by paying Rs.1-2 and was told will take full payment only after lock down will be opened and they will start the service post lock down. But during my later discussion with their relationship manager got to get more clarity on the plan and immediately on 28th Apr 20 I sent an email and opted out from the service and requested them to cancel. On 16-Jul-20 got a message from my credit card bank that Rs.19.467.60 has been debited against NOBROKER TECHNO. Since 2 days I have been following up to refund the amount they are not giving any positive reply. My Relationship manager accepted it is their mistake but not giving any timelines to refund the same. Please help to resolve this. Was this information helpful? | |||
Jul 24, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved My RM did help on to follow up with their internal team. After posting complaint here, I did get call from Nobrokers escalation team on 2nd day. within couple of working days amount has been refund to my credit card account directly. Thanks. NoBroker customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. You can reach me on[protected]. Got a call from RM yesterday promising to get refund processed with in 24hrs but not got credit details from My bank yet. Appreciate if can get this addressed on priority. Thanks
