Respected Sir/Madam,

I beg to state that I am MOHD SHAVIR. a (octane sbi credit card) credit card holder of your SBI Bank having credit card number ([protected]).

I am writing this letter to inform you about the fraud transaction that happened on 6/05/23. A sum of 48623.04 was debited from my credit card with a transaction name (Nobroker). transactions I'd no[protected].

The following are the details for my credit card:

Name of Credit Card- octane
Name as on Credit Card -mohd shavir
Credit Card Details-[protected]

Kindly look into this matter and guide me through the procedure to raise the complaint/ dispute in this matter. I shall be highly obliged. Sir Plz help me.
