[Resolved] Nobroker — freedom paid plan not working, does not give me owner's numbers

I have paid for subscription under the freedom plan. I have asked for contact number on one of the rentals. I have received no number for hours now. Your representative told me they will issue a refund. Could not tell me when. Suggested that i will pay again and you will supply me the numbers i have asked for. I don't trust you with paying two times for the same service, when you could not provide me the service you have promised the first time.
This is a scam and a fraud.

Updated by Bela Brozsek thank you, yes i have received several messages that you will get back to me. but NOBODY got back to me after 24 hours. i am messaging you, calling you, emailing you and no response. i paid for subscription to receive up to 25 contact numbers from owners and you are unable to make this work? then PLEASE do it by hand, send the numbers request to my email. i need an apartment to rent, now i paid you and you don't even bother helping me, what a let down.PLEASE HELP. iI HAVE PAID FOR A SERVICE AND I AM NOT RECEIVING IT. HELP HELP
