Nobroker — Freedom plan to view flats not activated nor amount refunded

On 23 Jan I purchased a "freedom plan" to view flat owner details. Since then I haven't received any flat owner details by sms or email from nobroker at all. The money is not refunded, and my account info is not updated. Please refund my money and don't cheat customers.
