Nobroker — furniture on rent

I took 2 bhk combo light on rent from no broker, my order no. Is 1153. After placing the order and all the payments were done. They said they can't provide all the products because 2 modular almirah are listed on website by mistake so we are going to provide other products but not the almirah so if you want to have almirah you have to pay for that separately. After that i took the delivery of the products but the washing machine was not working so i told them to replace it. It took them 10 days to replace the washing machine what the funniest part is again they delivered the defective washing machine. Again i called them at least hundred times i call no broker and guaranteed.com everyone to replace the washing machine but every time they have to make excuse like their supervisor is not here there in touch with guarantee every time i am a working professional i don't have time to call them again and again but they don't take it seriously but anyhow i was able to convince them to replace the washing machine again and after few days like more than 2 weeks they brought another washing machine when i told them to give me a demo guess what it was not working again third time in a row they deliver defective washing machine i called each and everyone i talk to the supervisor i talk to the manager even i call the guaranter team every time they are saying the issue will be resolved soon and it has been now more than a month and still they haven't delivered a working washing machine in everyday i am getting emails from their side to pay the pending amount. So at the end spice just want to say if anyone in delhi gurgaon banglore anywhere want to take furniture on rent please never ever never use services of nobroker and guarantee.com because these people they don't care every time whenever i am calling them they have excuses like their supervisor is not here i will get back you every time but they are not taking it seriously it has been one month i am a working professional ok i don't have time every time to call them wait for the delivery three time i took holiday from my office to take the delivery every time they are promising like ok they will deliver the product 10:00 a. M.in the morning but you have to wait till 10 p. M.in the evening these people are pathetic and worst service
