Hi, This is Karthik Chandrasekaran from Bangalore, i have purchased a home in no broker and move on interior in no broker. I have booked on APRIL 16 2023 and design part has been took more than a month for a 2BHK simple interior.post that they share the 2D & 3D for interior and payment for confirmation. So i have paid 50% of payment on May 17 to proceed the work. Moving forward 95% of payment has been done till now 6 July work is not completed.raw material like plywood, window doors cilps is very worst quality, like plywood are blend and mica peels from the pasting, bubbles in pasting. Even they not use proper compression tools for the same. stopped middle of the work due to final 5% payment before work completion by the relation manager Vinoth chowdary.due to this my painting work has been holded.
