Nobroker — Home loan cash back amazon voucher

We had taken home loan through nobroker. Loan was disbursed on 2nd December 2025. As per their promise for cashback against processin charges & stamp duty they are supposed to send us amazon vouchers as a Cashback in maximum 2 months. Now about 4 Months are elapsing we follow up with company for our legitimate vouchers. But no one person is answered our call or emails.
The Person (Priyanka Priyadarshini) who has handled our loan process now told us that the our case is handle by finance dept which she doesn't have to say.

We follow up with them since 2 months but we did not got satisfactory reply.
