Sir,
I have been regular customer of Nobroker since last 4 years and availed various services like renting of my flat and deep cleaning and rental agreement, in this continuation i have called nobroker for my home painting in May 2025, Rambali Gupta visited twice for contract was given on various assurances, one of my walls small area was having some seepage showing in last colour done in 2019 for which he assured me that he will do special treatment for this small area and you will have no need to look for next 5 years and assured me for all cover in warranty, but when he provided quotation in technical language only paint kept and other promises made were removed and completed the work, which i could not understand due to technical language and my old experience due to long standing with Nobroker.
Just after 5 days the paint left the wall (ruined)I immediately lodged the complaint with no broker but n o one visited and then due to some work I remained out of Mumbai for 2 and half month, when I returned back I again called nobroker for the same, on several attempt nobroker sent same contractor which done work, he visited and ask 12000/ more for the work and ultimately nobroker denied the warranty with reason that seepage is not covered in warranty and on various calls every time rejected the my claim, i have some basic question from you?
1. Your executives are out of control they making false promises to the customers for getting work and taking moneys from the contractors.
2. When small wall was having seepage at the time of work assigned, how it is possible that your executive not suggested for permanent solution or can you imagine that I had not consulted him for the same? Can a flat owner forgo some permanent solution for seepage in small area and got painted which is not viable for even 1 week.
3. Suppose I have not raised the issue during the visit of your executive but it is the duty of your executive to provide solution for the same which is not in the record as per your rejection reason.
4. Now you can imagine that something is wrong with your executive and contractor and due to this i am facing this loss.
NOW I AM BELIEVE THAT I HAVE BEEN CHEATED BY NOBROKER THROUGH THE EXECUTIVE AND CONTRACTOR AND NOBROKER WILL NOT LOOK BACK DUE TO NOT COVERED IN THE WARRANTY BUT YOU ARE LOOSING THE PERMANENT CUSTOMERS AND LOOSING POPULARITY IN THE MEDIA BUT THINK THAT LOT OF BIG INSTITUTIONS FAILED AVOIDING CUSToMERS ADVICE AND FEEDBACK.
I DONT HOPE ANYTHING FROM YOU THAT YOU WILL DO NEEDFUL BECAUSE SOCIAL MEDIA IS FULL OF THESE TYPES OF COMPLAINTS AND IN ALL YOU ARE GIVING FALSE ASSURANCE IN THE SOCIAL MEDIA AND DENIAL OF SERVICES IN PERSONAL MESSEGES.
