I had made the advance payment of Rs 25, 000 on 28-Jun-22 based on an initial quotation of Rs 86, 000. Vendor visited on 30-June-2022 and I got a revised quotation on 30-June for an amount of Rs 1, 25, 000. This was a hike of 45% on the initial quotation. Within 30 minutes of receiving the revised quotation I had requested for refund. It is still not processed.
There were a couple of further revisions but still 25% more than the original quotation. I kept on insisting on a refund. Unfortunately there has not been any response. At the time of taking the service as well as in your website, it is mentioned that 100% refund will be issued within 2 days of payment if the vendor is not finalized.
There is no response to my requests in whatsapp group. There is absolute silence from the group members from NoBroker except Ranjit. Is this the way to service a client?
I had contacted the customer care number 4 times and each time their response was that a person from the renovation department will contact me, So far, no one has contacted me. They were not providing me a ticket number for the complaint.
