Nobroker — home shifting service - advance amount not refunded

I had booked movers & packers service from nobroker. One of the executive (Neha dubey) had approached me for availing nobroker service. After many calls i had agree to avail the services based on the promise neha dubey had given. Based on the confirmation, i was supposed to pay the token amount to confirm the service. I was shared a payment link which i followed and made the advance token amount. My shifting was scheduled on may 29, 2020 & the time slot given to me was morning 8am to 10am. I was informed that 2 days prior to shifting movement manager from nobroker will visit my house to assess the items available at home for shifting. No one visited my house till may 28. When i had called the customer care inquiring why the movement manager has not visited my flat to assess the items for which they replied saying we have understood your requirements and directly the transport team will come and do the shifting needful. On may 29, i waited till 12 pm wherein no body came from transport. After so many followups, transport team came to my place around 1 pm. After coming, to my surprise, i was told that there will be two rounds of transport as in one lot it is not possible to shift the entire items. I was constantly pushing nobroker team to visit my place to assess the items for shifting for which they never took my request seriously. Once the transporter informed me about two rounds, i started calling the nobroker team, and as expected everyone started ignoring my calls and never helped me with my requirements. I was left stranded on the shifting day and i had to cancel the nobroker service and opt for some other vendor where i had to pay additional 2k as the shifting requirement came all of a sudden to the transport.

Now, when i am trying to approach nobroker team for my refund, they are not responding properly and also sent a msg to me stating thanks for availing our service. They are big cheat when it comes to movers and packers service and the team is more pathetic as they can go upto any extent by giving false commitments to the customer for trapping them for paying the advance.

Hence, i request you to kindly help me getting my advance amount paid to nobroker. Also if possible the extra amount which i had to pay to other transport person.
