[Resolved] Nobroker — home shifting services - cheated | |
I had very bad experience with no brokers packers and movers shift services. I have made an advance payment of rs 1410/- for shifting my home on 27-may-2020 and the scheduled on 01-jun-2020. After making advance, i followed them frequently and i got reply that you will be assigned with manager. But, no manager contacted me till afternoon on 01-jun. I packed my things and prepared for shifting. Tried to reach customer care multiple times on the day but didn't get proper response and also they replied that you made payment to different department so can't help. The funny thing is the payment link shared by their own people (Kirupa). Finally, i shifted my home with local people help.. Still i sent email and waiting their response for refund the advance amount. No one reached me so far. Customer support will attend the call and they will reply nicely that they will arrange for call back service and again no response.
