We have given our 2bhk flat interior work to NoBroker Interior Design Services. We paid booking amount of 15K INR on 7th Jan 2023, then we have paid Rs. 11853 on 17th Jan 2023 to start. After that they took 2 months for design to complete design docket and after that we paid upto 50% payment of Rs. 297241 INR on 16th March 2023 as design sign-off. During execution phase no proper worker is assigned and there is no sign of completion. Only they have delivered the modular carpentry but no worker is assigned for the fitting. Even I have paid the amount of Rs. 180324 on 4th June after material dispatch. Even after escalating many times, we are getting arrogant responses from team, and they don't even realise such huge delay. No response from Mr. Arsh Qureshi (City Manager) and Mr. Ashok Vishwakarma ( Project Manager)
We are now stucked by paying more than 80% payment to NoBroker, very unprofessional way of working and lack of coordination and poor escalation matrix.
We need fast and prompt action and solution to this.

Nobroker are such fraudsters that either there Vendor or City Manager or Project Manager get change and new appointed manager is just saying I m not aware of previous issue better you make a payment. They are only appointed for payment collection in Nobroker.
The worker team is visiting once in a while. Either they are on other sites.
Everytime I got new date of hand over still there is no sign of completion.
