[Resolved]  Nobroker — Huge delay from Nobroker Interior Services team on house renovations

We have given our 2bhk flat renovation work to NoBroker Interior Design Services we paid advance amount of 23K INR on 5th March 2023, and they took 2 months for design to complete design docket which was supposed to complete in 1 month, and after that we paid 50% payment of 2.8lacs INR on 30th Apr 2023, and now till today i.e. 30th May 2023, after 3 months not single worker entered in our house and not even single item of furniture and it's required material is delivered in our house. Even after escalating many times, we are getting arrogant responses from team, and they don't even realise such huge delay, attaching whatsapp conversations, all can see, response of their team and how prompt and reactive peoples are sitting in NoBroker Team. @Arsh, @Lakshmi @Ankita
We are now stucked by paying more than 50% payment to NoBroker, very unprofessional way of working and lack of coordination and poor escalation matrix.

We need fast and prompt action and solution to this.
@Amit Agrawal, Is this the way of working in your team? Are you promoting such culture in your organisation?.
The local contractors and vendors are well organised than your entire setup.

NoBroker Interior is Fraud. They did the same with me. My Project was supposed to end by 28th Feb, but it's not yet finished. The quality of work done is also very substandard as per its competition. They don't have any coordination among their team. It was my biggest mistake to go with NoBroker.

No Broker qualifies to be champion of frauds -- I am still waiting for a promised refund ( due to delay in Interior work ) since Dec 2022 . They sent me the mail confirming the compensation for delay of 40 days . Mails to Customer service are not answered or acted. I have now posted my complaint on - consumerhelpline.gov.in ( INGRAM) . Also contemplating filing a Police complaints against the Project manager and No Broker for Cheating and Misrepresentation .This work was done in Pune Kharadi, Langston Society, B301 flat.

Furthermore, if you are eligible for a refund as per the terms & conditions of the plan, we never delay in processing the same. However, we have highlighted your concern to the team and will be updating further at the earliest.
Those 3 months were the most stressful time I had, there was no supervision during the work, only last 3 days one youngster was sent to supervise -- he also could not do anything to speedup . Anyway I am sending now a mail to PMO Grievance cell -- as how these Companies cheat and harass the customers, specially Senior Citizens ( army veteran ) who trusted the No Broker and made full balance payment - even after so much of harassment . The mail of refund was received in Dec 2022, and they are still working on it --- It reflects on the DNA of the No Broker -- I have inputs from so many other customers who suffered at their hands .

I m also suffering a lot. I had booked a Nobroker Interior Service on Jan 2023. I had already paid 90% still date they have not completed a work. Just false assurance. Only excuse I can about vendor issue. Its an harassment. Nobroker is a fraud company.
Also be careful with other services, I had availed a Bathroom cleaning service prior to my Interior experience, The team cam used our soap and in 1bout 17 mins they left -- No cleaning of floor or taps was done . I sent detailed mail to No Broker with pictures, but there has been no response . I then called up Urban Company, they did a splendid cleaning work . No Broker is so stupid that even after that, they send me promotional message for Cleaning Services .
My refund assurance of 17000/- through mail by No Broker is yet to be fulfilled
If you are thinking about engaging NoBroker for home renovation services in NOIDA, I hope this review helps you. No project plan shared, project completion delayed, poor quality work, bad quality material used, no one available to take your calls, you name it and they have the issue. What tops the poor experience is that they have no ownership of the project whatsoever, after you have paid the first 50% which is demanded upfront once you approve the quote. So pretty much you are stuck by paying 50% and then you are at their mercy to start the project and finish to the promised quality, which by the way never happens. Here are some pictures of status of the site 10 days after the project due date., dont miss the open hanging lose electrical work. I raised 2 complaints in the consumer court to be able to get someone from the project team to visit the site.

Would not recommend at all.

Once you are trapped, you had it -- for my interior, I travelled 25 days to site ( approx 14 Kms from my house) to wait for their promised vendor to come and later supervise the work . The Project manager did visit on last day . The promised compensation of delayed completion which caused me a Rental loss of 40000/- is yet to mature . Like the above comment, they assured me the payment of 17000/- in 15 days ( I have their mail), the PM requested me to pay balance of 62000/- balance, which I paid in good faith . Well then I was not knowing DNA of No Broker . People say I should have deducted 17000/- from my last payment . well life experience it is .
After about a year, No Broker woke up ( I hope ) and asked me for my bank account details, so that they can refund me 17000/- as agreed by them for causing me a loss of Rs 40000/- . This may be after I also put up a Grievance on INGRAM portal ( Min of Consumer affairs ) . I will wait for this month and then propose to write to PMO, to seek protection of Customers from such unethical service providers . No Broker also knows, once we make part or full payment, customers are helpless -- one can not approach Consumer courts for small amounts, and the documentations / hiring lawyers are a big time consuming activities . I also have been raising my concerns on Quora . Few other Social media platforms I plan to highlight inefficiency of No Broker and how they fleece customers .

What a joke, No Broker can be so shameless . Work was supposed to complete by 30 Oct the Tenants brought in their luggage on 1 Dec . I had to make arrangements for their stay for 7 days at my cost, they moved in on 7 Dec 2022. I lost about 40000/- . Your project manager sent me mail in Dec 2022 and again in Apr 2023 assuring a reimbursement of 17000/- . Believing them I paid them the remaining amount of 62000/-, my mistake should have deducted 17000/- . Well I was not aware of their DNA then . They have become too big for their boots - brazenly cheating customers, how long will they survive - time will tell . I only feel sorry for their new customers.
There has been no Payment, No Broker is not even replying to mails Earlier mails were just stalling tactics . Well I have decided to escalate to the highest office of the country - how can an organization take customers for a ride and do not even bother to respond to Consumer Affairs ministry- we are not banana republic. No Broker is slowly digging their own grave . Feel sorry for their employees.
No Broker resorting to blatant lies now . The order was given on 20 Sep 2022, sign off of design happened on 04 Oct 2022, even if we take 45 days ( they promised 35 days ) from 04 Oct 2022, work was supposed to be completed by 19 Nov 2022 . The tenants brought their luggage and stacked it in Kitchen area - where No work was assigned to No Broker . The Tenants moved in on 7 Dec 2022, The cleaning and removal of left over stuff was done only on 15 Dec 2022 .
So where is the question of Tenants moving in before the scheduled completion date ?? No Broker check your dates again . Cant keep cheating customers with your lies .
