Nobroker — I am complaining about property management services

NoBroker turned out to be a disappointing experience.

I listed my property for rent and was repeatedly contacted by their sales team to purchase the Property Management Plan promising tenant visits, background checks, etc. I paid ₹29, 999.

A week later they told me there’s **no Relationship Manager available for my area** and asked me to downgrade to an Owner Lite plan.

I refused and requested a **full refund**, which they verbally agreed to. But the next day I received **two invoices (₹7, 999 + ₹6, 016)** with no explanation. How can a plan be changed without my consent?

A sales team should verify service availability *before* selling. Customer support has been unresponsive — no calls, no resolution.
This feels like misleading and unfair service.
They closed my complaint even without resolving it. Clearly they are fraud.
