I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding [briefly mention the regarding services], which I purchased/availed on [10/08/2025], with the reference number/order ID [[protected]].
Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter via [calls/emails/chats], the issue remains unresolved. The problem is as follows:
I have bought a premium package for services till home registration process dated[protected] of Rs.38000/-
Dated: 12/08/2025 Mr.Subhodeep (No Broker Legal RM) Explained me all about feature and process in same call I they also said need to pay under the table amount need to pay at SRO Office Same Time I have requested him to I will not pay a single additional amount If still need to pay then Please I am not interested with your service and I don't want to continue with you and refund the full amount. He ignored me as "told will check and let you know." -- Proof is attached in voice recording PFA.
When the advocate is asking for additional charges and under the table payable amount at SRO Office. (Which is completely illegal) I raised an issue with NoBroker and Their Team (Mr.Subhodeep, Mr.Arbaaz, Mr.Mirza, Mr.Mishra) but no one is responding to my emails and said there is no policy for refund.
My concern:
How can I assume I need to pay under the table amount at the SRO Office & other expenses which are hidden.
Even though they are explaining to me at the same time I was told I don't want to continue this service but Mr.Subhodeep (No Broker) was Ignored this concern.
Now saying no policy for refund -- It's completely wrong and fraud with customers.
My request to you to please initiate my whole refund amount within 7 business days.”
If the issue is not resolved satisfactorily, I will be compelled to escalate this matter to consumer protection authorities.
