Nobroker — I paid but no service

Hi i had a relax plan from Nobroker on urgent basis. My profile page should have shown my name there however it was showing with the name of Sumit puri. Whenveru tried to contact owner the number was being sent on Sumit puris phone number. I requested to my RM to resolve it as soon as possible but she didn't.neither she called back to ask if the issues had been resolved. The whole day i was stuck in one society only.
