Nobroker — It’s been 15 days i have paid the amount they requested but after that there has been no update to the query

I was looking for rental agreement for my house in chennai and got in touch with nobroker. It’s been 15 days i have paid the amount they requested but after that there has been no update to the query.
Forget about the resolution of my issue they are not even responding to the emails.
They promised rent agreement will be sent in 3-4 days. My tenant has been waiting for the same and now threatening to vacate the house. This is really irresponsible behaviour by these people.
