I opted money back Guarantee Plan. I was been assigned with a Relationship manager. He unable to rent my house in 60 days. Now with below email noborker claims that they refunded back my money. Unfortunately money never back to my account. Guaranteed money laundering and some sort of fraud going on with this company. They not even bother to share the details of their statement which states the transaction number. If noborker reads this. Call back to [protected] asap. It looks like all must file a FIR of fraud against this company. All please stay away with this company if they as any sort of money by saying they will refund. Service also very unprofessional. Relationship Manager just doing their desk job without achieving any target. Dec 2, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Yes I got my refund back after lots of follow up. The amount of time I wasted is much more than the refund. Every day was a bad day for me while discussing with no broker RM or Representative. Willl request all to not go with any paid or refund gaurantee plan NoBroker customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Yes received the refund after lots of follow up. The time I wasted on this is a lot more than the refund I got. My feelings for this company will be negative only. Will suggest everyone to stay away from this company. Either paid plan or money back plan.

I am having the same issue and I am literally tired of following up with NoBroker for more than a month.
I have posted a complaint here as well as took it to LinkedIn forum.

Do you have any suggestions based on your experience?
