[Resolved] Nobroker — money back plan issue

I have purchased the money back plan on 25th sept 2020. The property is residential, however, it got registered as commercial. The same was informed to the rm shama on 25th. Despite repeated calls, she did not get this converted. The same was later informed to the call center who noted down our request. Also, we got an all from ayesha another rm who assured us that the issue will be resolved in 2 days. It is 16 days now and the issue is still not resolved. We haven't been assigned an rm. Oct 13, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I got a call very next day and they have assigned a RM to me immediately. NoBroker customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
