I took super relax plan for hyderabad house rental (Property located in beeramguda, rama chandra puram) in nov 2019, as part of terms if my property is rented out by other sources other than no broker, then they have to refund my amount, i have been assigned to a relation ship manager: christina mary, she rarely reply/ saw the messages and she never responds to my calls/ messages/ call back requests.
I thought taking super relax plan will give some relax, forget about relax from the time i opted the plan after few days the tensions started because of their unprofessionalism.
However by god grace my house rented by some other source which i submitted the rental agreement also in jan 2020, however i have not received my money as per my terms and conditions

I also took a Super Money Back Plan from Nobroker for letting my appt on rent in Bangalore in Nov 2019 and i was also assigned Mary Christina as RM and i had the worst experience of my life with her..she rarely responded back..or take a call. Replies took 1 or 2 or even 3 days to get from her..Expected rent at the time of buying the plab was 35k and deposit of 2 lakhs for my 3bhk but after 60 days she finally could not find a tenant meeting this criteria..
The 60 days plan expiredon 24th Jan 2020. On the last week of the plan i gave her a contact to show my flat, that guy contacted me directly..and after visiting he showed interest to move in by 1st Mar first and later agreed to her for 15th Feb but at a rent of 29k which i refused as i expected someone to move in by 1st Feb that too for not such a low rent. On the last day of expiry of plan Mary tried to force me to take this guy saying that the mkt is poor and cant expect higher rent. When i refused this, she says refund is denied as she already offered me a tenant. This is sheer harassment as being a NRI im unable to visit or meet Nobroker customer care in person to escalate my case.
I feel cheated, as Nobroker refund policy spells out that if i find a tenant from some other source at a rent/deposit lower than that quoted at the time of buying the plan, then im not eligible for a refund. Then howcome when Nobroker fails to provide me a tenant meeting the same criteria within the 60 days plan validity my refund is denied. I have also put up a complaint on this portal yesterday and just saw Hari's post which is similar to mine with RM Mary Christina. I wish Nobroker does not assign Mary to any customer in future. The worst part now 10 days have gone by after i mailed to Nobroker customer care but no resolution or reply yet. I paid almost Rs12000 for this plan, it would have been better i went through a broker and paid hy 15 days rent after getting a tenant not in advance like this and become a fool.
