[Resolved] Nobroker — Money not credited and Customer Support does not help

I have made a payment of INR 49, 999 dated 15th Nov 2022 at 7:03 AM from nobroker.in. Today it is already more than 48 hrs and money has not been credited. When had chat with customer support, they only give copied and pasted answer that "it will be settled in 2 working days" and nothing more. Nov 17, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Discussed with Customer Support and they re-initiated the transaction. Amount credited to the concerned person. NoBroker customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
