Requesting Refund for the Super Relax Plan
I had high hopes when I opted for NoBroker’s Super Relax Plan for almost 9k, expecting a hassle-free home-hunting experience. Instead, I ended up doing all the work myself while paying 9k only to get pointless calls and texts from a relationship manager who speaks and types like a 2009 chatbot. I’m not kidding—check the screenshots.
Few of the MANY issues I faced :-
1. RM Who Can’t Arrange an FRM: My Relationship Manager (RM) failed to arrange any Field Relationship Manager (FRM) visits to the properties I shortlisted, despite multiple requests. When they finally found an FRM, I was told I had to tag along like they’re a kid. What did I pay for?
2. No Accountability: I shelled out 9k to watch the properties that I shortlisted get rented out while my RM added ZERO new leads after day one.
3. Customer Support? More Like Sales Pitch: When I reached out to customer support (Jyoti), she was more interested in selling me packers and movers at a “45% discount” than actually solving my problem—while I was already sweating it out in the field doing the work myself. Thanks Nobroker for making even the fieldwork that you should’ve been doing even harder
4. Ghosting: I asked my RM, Puneeth, to schedule FRM visits for more flats. He booked a visit for THE SAME FLAT and promised to help negotiate with the owner after my visit. Never heard from him again.
5. Two days after buying the plan, I have been COMPLETELY Ghosted by all the RMs and there is no mention of any fieldwork AT ALL!! I’m just sitting here watching my potentials homes getting rented out.
I’ve attached all the receipts of this circus. Considering this disaster, I’m requesting a full refund for the Super Relax Plan.
