Nobroker — My Full And Final Settlement Not Done

This is Sony M. My Employee Code is NBTS9282. I was working in no broker from 30 November 2020. And it was great pleasure working with no broker. My Last working day with no broker was on 28th of January 2021. Post leaving the company I was yet to get my full and final settlement before 45days of leaving the company. And I got my settlement on 9th march 2021. I was shocked seeing the amount I received only 31 days salary for the month of January 2021. I did not get my incentive for the month of January 2021.
In my training period I was told to close 16 forms in a month to achieve full incentive of 19000/- . If it’s not achieved you will be paid 1250/- per NB’s. I have closed 17 forms in the month of January 12 NB’s and 5 plan expiry. I wrote mail to [protected]@nobroker.in and nilanjan.[protected]@nobroker.in to release my incentive. The shocking news is they are informing me I have “zero” incentive for the month of January.
They are informing me as per SOP you are not eligible for the incentive for the month if January and closing the thread. I have worked hard to close the NB’s meet the target. How can you tell me customer was re-assigned so you are not eligable to get the incentives? How closed NB’s can be reassigned.
I want my 12 NB’S closure incentive to be released. This is not fair . I did not expect this from nobroker for sure. I am not blaming anything. Its my hard work money that I am asking you .Need your attension on this. Kindly do the need full. Please go through the data attached below shared by my team before 31st January 2021. Now they are changing the Rules and SOP’s . which clearly states I have 17 forms before 31st January. This 5 were plan expiry on 29th and 30th of January. Kindly check and release my incentive.
