We have officially registered complaint with Nobroker'regarding damages in our house which was given to the Nobroker' for showing to the tenants. We have acknowledgement email and complaint no. registered with Nobroker'. All photos and videos as proof is already submitted to the Nobroker. - It's almost 2 weeks since complaint was registered till today no-one has reached out even with an explanation even after escalation and multiple follow ups. They are not responding to emails/phone calls or messages. Till date, I have no official information about keys handover to the tenant. - I want them to pay for painting charge with available market price as there were 🧤 handmark all over the house and this definitely wasn't there before when keys was given to the Nobroker. If they are refusing to refund or repay, they must should come up with an proof and explanation for the same. - It's highly unprofessional to handle issues in this way.

Nobroker' - FYI, No-one has reached out to me nor do I have any update on the issue from your side. If I don't get a resolution for this at earliest, I will look for more formal ways to take it further through institutions where consumer intrest is safe guarded !!

    A transaction of INR 49995 has been performed on my SBI Credit Card without my consent and authorisation by NOBROKER TECHNOLOGIES. Please investigate the matter at the earliest possible or I will be forced to take severe action and involve cyber crime as well. Please find proof of transaction in the attachment.

      Dear sir/madam

      This is to bring to your notice that fraud payment transaction has been carried out by some unauthorized person with you as per detail under:
      citi card xx3910 at
      • Nobroker technologies on 18/12/2020 at 11:20 of INR.30300.00

      In this regard, i wish to point out that I am the owner of the credit card and the one who used it in the said transaction.
      I solemnly declare that I have neither used the credit card myself nor authorized the unknown fraud person to used it on my behalf to make any payments.
      I have taken up the matter with the legal authorities and concerned bank so as to prosecute the unauthorized person having made the payment with my credit card.

      I request to look into the matter at your end and take necessary action against the person having committed the criminal offense.

      Also, please do not claim for this transaction.

        Ads are going to indefinite inactive status

        I don't understand whats wrong with this website, trying to create an add to rent out a property but each time it is going to inactive status indefinitely. I raised multiple requests to customer care every time i get to hear, there is a technical glitch and we have raised complaint to back end team. Its been more than 3 months and i had created 4-5 times same adds as previous ones are never becoming active, but no luck. I guess No broker...

        Kindly stop that advertisement .I am daily user of no Broker but since last few days . That advertisement is soo annoying . The girl shouting is really annoying. You guys don't understand concept.
        Buying a property is special moment for Indians and the advertisement is created with girl shouting . Trust me if you create something sound feeling it will be much helpful

          In this regard, I wish to point out that I am the owner of the credit card and the one who used it in the said transaction .
          I solemnly declare that i have neither used the credit card myself nor authorized the unknown fraud person to used it on my behalf to make any payments.
          I will soon take up the matter with the legal authorities and already taken to the concerned bank so as to prosecute the unauthorized person having made the payment with my credit card.
          I request to look into the matter at your end and take necessary steps to apprehend / blacklist the person having commited the criminal offence.

            I have paid Rs. 10, 000 for a service to rent my apartment in Bangalore because I am currently located else where. The relationship manager Mr. Simon as usual were very sugary, sincere and very warm trying to convince that the house would be taken care and everything will be provided initially. But after a week nothing took place and I was extremely busy with my chores. It is more then 3 weeks and right now I am at my wits end because I have been trying to reach this relationship manager for past 3 days and he is not answering (my house key is with 'No Broker') and to top it they have given my number to possible No Broker tenant who is looking for an apartment and this tenant is waiting outside to apartment thinking i would show the apartment.
            What kind of service are you providing 'NO BROKER' please don't invest your money with these guys...

              Ms. Neha Trivedi EMP8569 employee code of SBI from Nariman Point, Mumbai said the Credit card will be replaced with photo on new card as per RBI guidelines. Also 24000 reward points will be added to the card. The old card will be deactivated.

                I have taken 100% refundable plan from no broker to rent my property, after 60 days also they are not refunding money.
                They make false promises to take the money at the time of refunding either they will not reply or switch off their phone. I need my money back

                  Hello.
                  I paid yesterday using my credit card (icici amazon pay credit card) 30300 to nobroker site for reference NRP-4330689.
                  In the form it is mentioned – rental agreement is not mandatory so I continued the option and paid the amount.

                  Now asking for rental agreement – I don’t have rental agreement as the house is new and two months back we got. Rental agreement is not possible immediate since house owner is out of station due to covid-19. It will take one month time to get the
                  Rental agreement. If you want I can able to give the pan no of the house owner. Can you please process the payment.
                  Else refund my entire amount 30300 – I don’t understand why accepting and after payment saying rental agreement is mandatory. I don’t want to lose 300 rs for service charge. Can you please do this escalation and revert me the full amount.
                  I am genuine customer of nobroker site. I trust the site but it is giving bad impression to customers on saying you have to read all the term and conditions before going to the payment. You customer care officers and chat is saying as my fault not gone through your terms and condition. Thanks for making me negative thoughts about nobroker.

                  Can you please reply me. Transfer the amount to the house owner. Or Refund the full amount to me.

                  For me also, I was able to do transactions for few months and then last month they said nobroker system suspected that transaction is suspicious and then they refunded the 24000 of rent but deducted 240 service charge without giving any service.
                  I am continuing in same house and hence not renewed the rent agreement so I told customer care about it then they said then provide maintenance receipt. I provided maintenance receipt still they stopped process.

                  First thing it is unethical why you let me continue the rent payment and then deducted the service fee without giving me service. Either you should not have let me continue or should have refunded all of the amount rent plus service fee.

                  Hi Brahm, your transaction was found suspicious as the landlord name in the rental agreement did not match with the account holder name to whom you were transferring the amount. As per norms, this is not allowed. Hence, we have refunded your rent amount.

                    I bought money back plan for my property in Hyderabad. The plan was for 1 month and during that period no broker was supposed to provide a tenant and which they failed to do and were supposed to refund my money but even after multiple follow ups with customer care I have not received my refund.
                    I am really pissed with the no broker as the customer care is not helpful at all and the I also lost my hard earn money.

                      Hi All,

                      Had registered for money back plan to rent my house, now that my house is rented out by a broker near my property and I had requested for my money back and also uploaded the rental agreement. I am supposed to get 12000 from NoBroker. For which the response from Vinita and Santosh or any other staff I’d lethargic and not received a single reply on the update.

                            I have taken the rental property through NoBroker and in agreement its mentioned that the time of vacating the house, I(tenant) will take care of cleaning and painting then NoBroker would not deduct any sort of amount from deposit amount of 1 lakh.
                            In this lockdown period i came to my native and simply was paying monthly rent. Now i decided to leave the property and specially i went to bangalore and did cleaning and painting of house completly. One of Nobroker person visited the house and said OK to everything. Later they sent me quotation mail and mentions over there painting changes twice, cleaning twice and mentioned to deduct almost 32000. So i argued and asked this is not fair, they are cheating to simply saying unnecessary things. After so much discussion they said house has seapage issue in one wall, we have done investigation again. for one wall putty and distumper paint they charged 11700 and asked required acid cleaning for 700 and extra GST also charging. When i called the vendor he said one kg paint box needed and max 2 kg wall putty which will cost max of 1000 and labour for 1 day also maximum of 1000. and whenever we buy any goods from shop they will give us including GST. and nobroker is charging it again. Unnecessary they have charged me . when i asked to share price list then they said we will not reduce amount we have to deduct it.

                            Nobroker is simply trying to divert the issue. They are fraud. They have not resolved my issue and marked it done here. How stupid you people are. I can't simply sit and agree, you guys are unnecessary deducting money from innocent people.

                            Sir, Your team has not done anything, Your team is too good only for speaking on call, but they can't prove the facts. You guys has not refunded my money till now and its been 3 months now. Instead of nobroker better to take house from any of local broker. At least they wont charge hidden amount. No broker is fraud.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I have posted my property (1BHK) for sale on nobroker.com and found power plan below the posting and opted for it by paying the amount of Rs 942.82 on 24th November, but when I called the dedicated helpline no [protected] on same day I came to know that the plan is only for buyers and the person asked to send a mail to [protected]@nobroker.in

                                    I have logged the complaint no #6668424 for the same .

                                    I requested them to refund the amount back as I am not a buyer and don't want to opt the power plan but didn't get any response from them.

                                    I have also send mail to ashish.[protected]@nobroker.in (Grievance cell) but still no response..

                                    I hope this complaint will be resolved and my money will be refunded else I will file a complaint in the consumer court for this fraud as without asking for the services the amount is been accepted.

                                    I had taken the plan by mistake and on the same day I had send mail for returning the amount as I was not looking to buy any house

                                    I received a call from [protected] (In truecaller name was displayed as Puja Rani from Bihar)and he was asking me to install Anydesk app and login to my bank account from browser and to cancel the transaction and then the amount will be refunded..i suspected it as a fraud and asked him to refund to my upi id which was used for the transaction...pls look into the matter..i think someone is using this platform for financial fraud...pls ask nobroker to refund my amount via normal transaction.
