Honestly, I do not mean to bother you at all because being the CEO, I can totally imagine the things you would be dealing with. However, I am really helpless and left with no other option but to write a mail to you regarding the absolutely unprofessional customer service I received with NoBroker.

The communication started with Nobroker when me and my wife finally decided to move to Bangalore and thought of exploring the NoBroker service. We set up one call and were so convinced that immediately paid for the "Money Back" plan with utmost trust in your company. The Relationship Manager was assigned and we were pretty convinced that things will fall in place because the initial interaction went really well.

Once we paid the amount, the entire experience started turning horrific for us. We kept chasing our relationship manager to give us the right options for houses. For days together we never received an update on the houses. We kept on following up with the RM and the RM - Ms. Shilpika was her best at being unprofessional. (You can refer to the amount of feedback we have shared on the site and track our phone conversations). We informed the RM a week in advance on the days we would be reaching bangalore for the house hunt. Overall, she provided us with I guess 5 options and nor more. All of which we exhausted in one day. We were in Bangalore for good 7 days and 5 contacts. In between this we also faced a lot of issues on the houses absolutely not matching our requirements, the owner never responding (while we were at the door), the broker in himself not turning up. But we ignored all of that and looked for additional contacts.

We escalated royally to the manager of our RM and she shared few contacts which did not match our requirements at all again. The RM would never answer our calls, but the minute we send an escalation she would call us back. So we realised that this was the only way to reach you guys. We asked her to show specific properties and she told they were not listed on "NoBroker". Finally, because our stars shined, we found an apartment on our own. We informed the RM immediately and asked her the process for claiming the money back. We told her we finalised a prestige property - which she initially had told was not listed on "NoBroker". And suddenly out of nowhere we saw Prestige properties being listed immediately after that. You can track all our phone conversations since they get recorded if you do not believe me. (And trust me you will feel bad for us).

We met all the requirements for claiming our money back. We waited for our lease agreement to get finalised. Once, we had that in our hand, we dropped mails, spoke to your customer service executives on call and never got a call back to narrate the process on claiming our money back. Honestly, here it is not about the 7K or 8K that I am writing to you, it is about the trust you place in a company and then have that broken. We closed our eyes and paid for the plan and after such a horrible experience we totally deserve to get that money back. The last my wife spoke to the executive, she mentioned that she is really tired and feels victimized and might actually write to the consumer forum. But because we really believe in today's leaders, we really thought of writing to you.

We really really request you to look into the matter. Not for money, but just so that no customer loses trust in the upcoming Indian start-ups that are forming the base of employment and a lot of other things in our country. We are still waiting for a response and can be reached at [protected] or [protected].

You must refund ₹3538.82, to me with in 2 days & avoid litigation. Ph [protected]. I hv been told refund will be made. Its already 5 days gone. No action appear to be intiated. Pl respond to trust action initiated

    I was subscribed to 45 days rental assist super relax plan with no brokers no one worked properly they havent had courtesy to respond in whatsapp or email they simple wasted the time and my money.Out of 45 days they didn't support for 18 days.

      Few months back i had subscribed to a plan on no broker costing me ₹4000.

      They called me everyday, pestering me to subscribe to their plan - promising me to get me a house in a couple of days.

      As per the information given below the subscription plan, they were suppose to help me to find a house as per my requirement.

      After i subscribed to the plan, they didn’t call me instead i had to do it myself asking them to start their search for a house. I had received a couple of calls from them telling me they found me a house which did not meet my requirement. Post those couple of calls they didn’t bother to tell me anything instead i had to go and search for a house on the website myself. They had nil contribution towards finding me a house.

      I want my money back as soon as possible.
      No broker is not reliable.

        I have paid brokerage of around 2999 plus 18% gst and have not been served as promised by the company. No flats were shown and suddenly they said that your plan has expired.

        There is no way to resolve this issue from the company as they say that the plan us for 45 days, but in that time, no flats were shown as promised before.

        It is a fraudulent act to not serve your customers and i seek help.

          I wish to warn everybody not to fall for the false promises made by No Broker team When I listed my property for sale they called me and asked me to take a plan where they would provide two relationship managers, one online and the other Field manager They also told me that they had lots of buyers and as soon as I took a plan they would get my property sold without a month I believed them and payed 13, 600/- They didn’t get me a single buyer to even visit my property Please don’t fall for this site 99acres and Magic Bricks are far more reliable and have better chances

            Already this relationship manager service is working at a tortoise pace, and on top of this the rm goes on leave frequently.
            Our package is for 90 days and if the person concerned is not available on and often, how my purpose of selling the apartment would be completed?
            Why can't there be a second person allotted as a substitute who would handle whenever rm is absent?
            If you feel that there is nothing going to be lost in her absence means, then i leave it to your guess about the contribution during the presence.
            I am really disappointed the way you portrayed about personified service before my joining and my actual personal experience about your functioning in reality.
            When your office recommended me with frequent phone calls to join this personalised service i was given hope and trust (Which is a criminal waste as in my case not even a single potential buyer has been identified even after three weeks of this service availed). Now i feel i am taken for a ride.
            This rm service has been proving useless and i feel nearly one sixth of broker's commission rs. 9000/- has been paid to you from me in the name of (Non functional and useless) personalised service to no broker.
            Really frustrating.

              Very bad experience. Please never go with them.

              They would start with offering premium packing and all that which is all a false thing. They will send unprofessional packers and never deliver on time the stuff.
              Follow up is bad, my baggage got delivered ages after the final scheduled delivery date.

              Never fall for their rosy picture of how they would take care of your stuff. It's all fake. Better to go with good existing packers movers for peace of mind.

                They are not professional packers.
                They used a local people to use movement. Actually they are brokers or agent to collect the 10% commission from the customers. They dont have the knowledge of packing and moving.
                They just booked false commitments and falsely.
                Please dont book these kind of online frauds by speaking good.
                Even he dont have office in chennai.
                They are in bangalore culprits.

                  Nobrokers packers and movers is not company of packers.
                  They are just brokers of assisting the client to book the movement. They used a local vendors to move the customer things. They fooled the customers and cheating by insurance
                  They are not insured the things simply ask the insurance amount without premium receipts or insurance copy.
                  They dont have the experience of packers and movers. They are flirting the customers and cheating.
                  Please dont book the nobrokers.
                  It's just a brokers not a professional

                    Guies nobroker just sucks customers head they don't follow their promises don't have any coordination in staff they just say pay advance and we will do needful... But this is all fake... I and my husband wasted today's day for shifting and these hopeless people couldn't even arrange people for shifting and when i said i wana cancel shifting they says it will take 78 working days for money transfer... So janta beware from from these people

                      Please help!!!
                      I had my slot booked at 8.00am -10.00 am today (29.09.2019).
                      Yesterday night (28.09.2019) at 10.45 pm i get a mail from the assigned personnel that nobroker has not called him and hence this shifting isn't possible.
                      I called nobroker but since it was outside office hours, we had to wait until today morning. Since 8.00 am i called innumerable times by no luck until 9.00 am. Finally i get to know that a new vendor is assigned for the shifting and i am allotted a slot of 1 pm - 3 pm.
                      It is 4.00 pm now and the shifting team confirmed that the vendor would reach is by 5.30 pm.

                      The shifting vendor is saying that they would not be able to complete by 4 am in the morning.

                      We are 2 girls. Is it possible to run around till 4 am with the shifting team???

                      We had clearly mentioned that we have a huge amount of stuffs and it is not possible for us to shift late as the shifting will not get completed.

                      I need to vacate the current house today and the new house where i am relocating doesn't allow shifting to be done post 10.00 pm.

                      I booked the service at a rate higher than the market price only believing that nobroker would be more professional

                      Pathetic service. We are left nowhere and with no choice now.

                        I booked for movers from nobroker. I booked it by giving details of each and every new things. But they cheated me by sending small vehicle which cannot accommodate all things.in addition driver took a charge of rs 500 as cancelation. Even i didn't any mail for token money refund. So enchira the movement manager is responsible for this cheat and fraud. I request you get her under 420 case.in total no brokers kept my 1000rs without any work.

                          So we had booked packers nd movers service from nobroker. We had done this booking at 9am and paid advance as well. This bookibg was confirmed and then at 9:30 pm nobroker people called us back and said they cannont fulfill the job since they do not have service party available.
                          This was ridiculous first of all they informed us night time when we cant plan anything else and we had to shift next day.. Really disappointed.
                          Then they dont provide us any other support. Our biggesst mistake was to rely on nobroker. We thought they have taken advance and booked our slot that means its done and we can trust them... But all wronggg...

                          I would everyone not to book packers and movers service from no broker.

                            A no broker sales executive called and convinced me to but a paid service to sell my property in mumbai. The plan was costing rs. 16499 plus cgst and sgst of 18% amounting to rs. 2969.82. I paid online a total amount of rs. 19468.82 on aug 28, 2019. This was a money back plan with a condition that if nobroker failed to sell my flat in 90 days, they would refund a part of my money.

                            All the relevant information required by no boker was provided over the phone which was updated in my account.

                            I get a call after a week that they will not be able to fulfill their objective as they found some of the documents incomplete. They agreed to refund my money in full, however, declined to refund the gst.

                            Since the agreement was terminated within 10 days and that too by nobroker, i am liable to get a full refund, including the 18% gst i paid. I did get a refund of the principal amount, but they refuse to pay the gst amount to me. I find this wierd and now am wondering that this may be their modus operandi to make money without providing services.

                            I need to claim my gst back, hence i seek help. I did send them two emails, but have not got any revert.

                            This is sheer negligence and absolutely arrogant customer Service from No-Broker with regards to my refund.

                            I have been seeking a full refund of the service which I never got. However, its shocking that, No Broker has forfeited the GST amount and are not willing to give it back. It is criminal to hold on to a GST amount and only returning a principle amount.

                            I seek expert opinion in this matter and whom should I approach to get the 18% GST refunded to me.

                              My name is madhu babu and i reside in united states. I have a house that was available for rent.

                              I have taken a nobroker superrelan plan in first week of august. I paid rs. 6, 488.82 towards the plan on 2nd august.

                              A relationship manager was assigned names prateek, he got the keys for the hours. And post that there was zero communication from the nobroker. I tried calling him multiple times but it was not picked up once.

                              I called up nobroker customer support, they said they will get back in 24 hours, but no response. Post that there stopped picking up my calls. I reached out to them on facebook, but even then no response.

                              Its been more than 45 days and i have no clue about the status and no response form then

                                Hi i have purchased paid membership for super relax plan worth 13k after getting multiple calls from your marketing team that there are many buyers interested in my property and i am missing out on them. I purchased plan and then faced problems like the area is not serviceable by field relationship manager and lost 10 days in assigning the manager. Afterwards i am not getting buyers marching requirements and there has been no visits scheduled. I was told that there are very few buyers interested in this area and in my property. But on magicbrick i have got 10 property visits by byers in 20 days. I wish to cancel the plan with nobroker but i was told that there is no cancellation available. I find this unprofessional to not give cancellation option to customers.

                                    Since I was the subscriber of relax plan, but i am not able to find a suitable house through the relationship manager tried a lot. So I want my money back as the purpose is not fulfilled. I have emailed and called them but they are not responding at all. They are failed to fulfill their commitment. I have booked them for the service of packaging and moving and while booking i had mentioned that i have my four door sliding almirah that needs carpenter service to get it dismantled and during transfer day no service of carpenter were provided and hence we had to leave it over there only.
