I have taken the rental property through NoBroker and in agreement its mentioned that the time of vacating the house, I(tenant) will take care of cleaning and painting then NoBroker would not deduct any sort of amount from deposit amount of 1 lakh.
In this lockdown period i came to my native and simply was paying monthly rent. Now i decided to leave the property and specially i went to bangalore and did cleaning and painting of house completly. One of Nobroker person visited the house and said OK to everything. Later they sent me quotation mail and mentions over there painting changes twice, cleaning twice and mentioned to deduct almost 32000. So i argued and asked this is not fair, they are cheating to simply saying unnecessary things. After so much discussion they said house has seapage issue in one wall, we have done investigation again. for one wall putty and distumper paint they charged 11700 and asked required acid cleaning for 700 and extra GST also charging. When i called the vendor he said one kg paint box needed and max 2 kg wall putty which will cost max of 1000 and labour for 1 day also maximum of 1000. and whenever we buy any goods from shop they will give us including GST. and nobroker is charging it again. Unnecessary they have charged me . when i asked to share price list then they said we will not reduce amount we have to deduct it.

Updated by sangra0001 Nobroker is simply trying to divert the issue. They are fraud. They have not resolved my issue and marked it done here. How stupid you people are. I can't simply sit and agree, you guys are unnecessary deducting money from innocent people.

You guys has not refunded my money till now and its been 3 months now. Instead of nobroker better to take house from any of local broker. At least they wont charge hidden amount. No broker is fraud.
